o  Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations. 

o  Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models. 

o  Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Planning, Technical Services division) and /or delivered Planning solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments. 

o  Candidate should have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.

Job Description

• Develop dynamic PowerPoint presentations in the given time frame in an accurate manner with quality. 

• Develop and improve external client templates, and infographic layouts in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 

• Format designs and transform rough slides /hand-drawn sketches into visually appealing PowerPoint Presentations. 

• Formatting presentations and business-related documents as per the Equirus brand guidelines. 

• Follow creative direction and actively participate in any given deliverable

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of related experience, Graduate / Postgraduate 

• Microsoft Office expert level - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

About the opportunity

As Reelo grows, we're looking for a passionate Customer Success Specialist to join our team for the next phase of growth. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the success of our customers by providing them with the resources and support they need to get the most out of our product. This includes onboarding new customers who have upgraded to a paid plan, providing training and support, and working with customers to identify and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products and services, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

This is a Work from Office role in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

What will you do?

• Responsible for driving revenue of existing accounts by ensuring renewals and upselling existing accounts
• Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are getting success using Reelo.
• Respond professionally to incoming inquiries from your customers.
• Being the one responsible, to ensure that your customers have a great experience with the product -a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible.
• Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Reelo works and what it is capable of.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication and anticipating their needs better.
• Working directly with product teams to identify current issues and, synthesizing the diverse feedback you hear from our customers, offer informed opinions on potential solutions.

• Past experience in account management/client services roles across

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Leverage the inbuilt React toolkit for creating frontend features
• Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects
• Integrate designs and wireframes within the application code
• Monitor interaction of users and convert them into insightful information
• Write application interface code with JavaScript
• Enhance application performance with constant monitoring
• Translate wireframes and designs into good quality code
• Optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices
• Good understanding of CSS libraries, GIT, Sigma, Adobe XD etc.
• Proper user information authentication
• Develop responsive web-based UI
• Constant interaction with other developer teams and design team to discuss UI ideas
• A thorough review of applications needs and interfacing elements
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Follow proper documentation for changes in application and further updates

ReactJS Developer Skills

• At least 1+ years of experience as a React.js developer.

• Must have good communication skills in English. 

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
• Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
• Open-minded team player, willing to accept feedback and offer suggestions
• Good time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capability to write crisp and clear code based on guidelines and best practices
• Experience with user interface design.
