Job Role : Audit Analytics – Need from Non Banking domain

Job Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / B’lore

• Understanding of business processes and potential risk scenarios.
• Ability to conceptualize appropriate logic for analyzing potential risk scenarios
• Ability to understand requirements clearly and to be flexible in learning new data sources and technologies, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering quality reports for auditors.
• Maintain strong client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling, conducting and presenting on key client meetings.
• Should be able to write/optimize complex scripts in the technology of expertise. Should be able to review results and identify false positives basis business understanding
• Should be a self-starter and eager to tackle business problem using experience and skills
• Play a key role in the development of less expert staff through mentoring, training and advising.
• 30% Travel in India and Overseas, if required
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to stretch and multi-task
• May be assigned on a project on a long term basis.
• Responsibilities include managing projects involving audit analytics and continuous control monitoring.
  • Understanding of business process (Accounts Payable, Revenue, Fixed Asset, Inventory, MJEs) from analytics requirements
  • Understanding of ERPs (SAP\ JDE\ Oracle\ Concur etc.) – Techno Functional side (Tables and Reports)

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Preferred Post Graduates– MCom\ MSc (IT)\ MBA (IT)\ BE
• Years of experience in related field of Audit\ Business \ Financial analytics (Non-banking).
• Working knowledge of analytical / BI tools –

• ACL, SQL / R / Python, Alteryx – Should have any 2 or more
• VBA, Power BI / Tableau / QlikView
• GRC Solutions, AWS/Azure cloud based analytical solutions – Good to have

• Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development

• 3-7+ years of engineering experience building full-stack applications (ideally in Go and React)
• Strong experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, and distributed systems
• Proven track record managing production databases including schema design and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of security best practices and production deployment strategies
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and containerization technologies
• Familiar with self-hosting (we work w on-premises deployment a lot)
• Flexibility to work across multiple languages (Go, Python, React, and potentially Rust)
• [BONUS] You have worked with Electron and are familiar with deploying desktop apps on Windows

Role Description:

Ensure successful project completion by understanding client expectations, overseeing operations on key projects and coaching a team of 7 - 10. Key Responsibilities: AEM Developer:

• Experience implementing Adobe AEM (AEM 6.4 or higher)

• Design, develop and support AEM content fragments, integrations, and applications

• Experience with secure coding practices

• Experience implementing web content management systems in a large corporate environment.

• Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns

• Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment

• Experience with dispatcher, caching

• Experience with OSGI Bundles.

• Hands on experience with Java/J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CRXDE, JCR, sling models, sling servlets, OSGI configurations,

• AEM dispatcher configuration, workflows, content fragment models, dynamic templates, and components creation.

• OSGI Architecture Sling Servlets and Sling Framework

• Strong experience in Adobe CQ5/AEM6.x Content Management (CMS)

• Experience of creating OSGI bundles, AEM Templates/Components, Workflow

• Identifying and documenting functional and technical requirements.

• Good in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns

• Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling.

• Should have experience in designing modules, templates and components.

• 3 - 5 years of progressive IT experience with a minimum of 1+ years in building Ruby on Rails Web applications and RESTful API endpoints
• Proficient with scripting languages, specifically Python and Bash
• Experience in Object Oriented Java Script.

• 8+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
• 7+ years of Software Development experience and at least 1+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
• Deep hands-on technical expertise on server side technologies.
• Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development, experience in building microservices and highly scalable and performant applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective stakeholder management, in cross functional teams.
• Managed a team of 5+ engineers, taking care of the delivery planning, resource alignments, prioritization, performance management(including managing appraisal cycles), and effective feedback for the team and individuals.
