Data AnalyticsJob Role : Audit Analytics – Need from Non Banking domain
Job Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / B’lore
- Understanding of business processes and potential risk scenarios.
- Ability to conceptualize appropriate logic for analyzing potential risk scenarios
- Ability to understand requirements clearly and to be flexible in learning new data sources and technologies, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering quality reports for auditors.
- Maintain strong client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling, conducting and presenting on key client meetings.
- Should be able to write/optimize complex scripts in the technology of expertise. Should be able to review results and identify false positives basis business understanding
- Should be a self-starter and eager to tackle business problem using experience and skills
- Play a key role in the development of less expert staff through mentoring, training and advising.
- 30% Travel in India and Overseas, if required
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to stretch and multi-task
- May be assigned on a project on a long term basis.
- Responsibilities include managing projects involving audit analytics and continuous control monitoring.
- Understanding of business process (Accounts Payable, Revenue, Fixed Asset, Inventory, MJEs) from analytics requirements
- Understanding of ERPs (SAP\ JDE\ Oracle\ Concur etc.) – Techno Functional side (Tables and Reports)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Preferred Post Graduates– MCom\ MSc (IT)\ MBA (IT)\ BE
- Years of experience in related field of Audit\ Business \ Financial analytics (Non-banking).
- Working knowledge of analytical / BI tools –
- ACL, SQL / R / Python, Alteryx – Should have any 2 or more
- VBA, Power BI / Tableau / QlikView
- GRC Solutions, AWS/Azure cloud based analytical solutions – Good to have
- Have worked on data analytics support work either as tool implementation, automation of control or MIS development

About the role:
We are looking for an Analyst / Senior Analyst who works in the analytics domain with a strong python background.
Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience:
• • 2-4 years of experience in working in the analytics domain with a strong python background. • • Visualization skills in python with plotly, matplotlib, seaborn etc. Ability to create customized plots using such tools. • • Ability to write effective, scalable and modular code. Should be able to understand, test and debug existing python project modules quickly and contribute to that. • • Should be familiarized with Git workflows.
Good to Have: • • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, AzureML, Databricks, GCP etc. • • Understanding of shell scripting, python package development. • • Experienced with Python data science packages like Pandas, numpy, sklearn etc. • • ML model building and evaluation experience using sklearn.

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
