Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive project sales for building materials, specifically Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) and Formwork systems. The role involves developing strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers, while identifying and converting project opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment (commercial, residential, infrastructure projects).
- Drive sales of ACP and Formwork systems to contractors, builders, and developers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Project Tracking & Conversion
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects through market intelligence.
- Engage with architects, consultants, and PMC teams for product approvals/specifications.
- Convert inquiries into orders through effective negotiation and follow-ups.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Architects & façade consultants
- Builders & developers
- Contractors & applicators
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Technical & Product Support
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical and design teams for project-specific solutions.
- Support clients with BOQs, specifications, and installation guidance.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide regular feedback to management for strategic decisions.
6. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) for timely delivery and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports in CRM systems.
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry.
- Strong exposure to ACP, Formwork, façade materials, or construction solutions.
