Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.

Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple verticals, with proven ownership of HR operations and people programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office; familiarity with employment legislation and compliance best practices.
