What you’ll do:

• Hire, train, and lead callers, admin, tech support, graphic designer, and sales support team

• Set daily targets, track performance, and run morning huddles

You need:

• 3+ years managing a back-office or BPO team in India

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java and Angular

Additionally, you will be involved in debugging silicon failures to optimize the overall system performance.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Art Director, you would be an integral part of the design team. You would be responsible for what all our online and offline advertising output looks like. RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Work independently to develop design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns and multiple projects. Create layouts, mockups and the like to illustrate design ideas to the rest of the team.

Your Area of Responsibility:

• Support regarding the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to German GAAP and IFRS.
