OJ Commerce Inc. is a fast-growing retailer serving the US market through OJ Commerce.com and various market places such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. OJ Commerce is a privately held, profitable company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA with a 100% dedicated back-office in Chennai. The workhours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.

Role: Individual Contributor Role.

Location : Chennai - Ekaduthangal (Work From Office)

Skill Sets:

• In-depth knowledge in MS SQL Server and related tools & technologies such as SSIS, SSRS &SSAS

• Exposure to data modelling and ability to develop complex queries & procedures

• Manage and monitor performance, capacity and security of the database

• Continuously improve the performance of the database in alliance with the Database Adminstrator by optimizing jobs, procedures & queries

Desirable Skills:

➢ Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail is added value.

➢ Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external)

➢ Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.

➢ Self–motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.

 As a  Business   Development  Manager   working under   FMCG   segments, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:

·      Approaching  potential  leads  a  close  them  within  a  stipulated  time  frame.

·      Create  exclusive  distributors,   exclusive super stockist and business associated for the company towards business growth.

·      Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

·       Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Excellent organisational skills.

Job Description:

• As part of the core leadership team, you will spearhead sales acquisition and operations initiatives for the organization with respect to apartment societies.

• Leading a team in the large sales function of NoBrokerHood by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.

• Manage a team of BD Managers, Operations team and responsible for overall performance of the team and city

• Will be responsible for strategic partnerships with Builders, Facility Management Companies etc.

• Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the business.

• Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth

• Identifying, experimenting and executing innovative ideas for expansion

• Proven field sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Team management skills to manage a field sales team

• Total Experience of 3 to 5 years with team management experience of minimum 1 year
