CTO/Senior Developer (In-Person | Delhi)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend)
• Work with technologies like React/Angular/Vue, Node.js/Python/Java, and SQL/MongoDB
• Integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) and manage code with Git
• Collaborate with team & clients; manage timelines and delivery

Required Skills

• 3+ years in full-stack development
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – a plus

Required qualifications and must have skills  

• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ infrastructure software engineers

• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers
