Key Responsibilities

DevOps Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the end-to-end DevOps strategy for high-frequency trading and fintech platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing DevOps team focused on automation, reliability, and performance.
• Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to ensure infrastructure strategy supports business and technical goals.

CI/CD & Infrastructure Automation

• Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for ultra-low-latency trading systems.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and advanced automation toolsets.
• Establish robust release management, deployment workflows, and versioning best practices for mission‑critical environments.

Cloud & On‑Prem Infrastructure Management

• Design and manage hybrid infrastructures across AWS, GCP, and on-premise data centers ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Implement sophisticated networking strategies for low-latency workloads including routing optimization and performance tuning.
• Lead multi‑cloud scalability, cost optimization, and environment standardization initiatives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Oversee large-scale monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and related observability tools.
• Implement predictive alerting, automated remediation, and system‑wide health checks for zero‑downtime operations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and performance tuning for systems processing millions of transactions per second.

Security & Compliance

• Champion DevSecOps practices and embed security across the entire development and deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulatory standards (SEBI and global frameworks) with strong audit and compliance mechanisms.
• Lead security automation efforts, vulnerability management, and advanced IAM policy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of DevOps experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
• Strong command of AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and large-scale container orchestration.
• Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and overall IaC workflows.
• Strong Linux administration, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls), and system internals.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Excellent scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling.
• Deep understanding of security principles, encryption, IAM, and compliance frameworks.

Good to Have

• Experience with ultra-low-latency or high-frequency trading systems.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, FPGA acceleration, or network‑level optimizations.
• Familiarity with Redis, Nginx, or other high‑throughput systems.
• Exposure to micro‑second‑level performance tuning or network acceleration technologies.

Required Skills

● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps Engineer

role

● Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS,

Azure, or GCP).

● Scripting & Programming: Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python,

or Go.

● IaC Tools: Hands-on experience with Terraform.

● Container Technology: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.

About You

You have 6+ years of experience in AWS infra Automation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced operations environment and to develop your career in Cloud technologies, particularly Amazon Web Services.

You are building and monitoring CI/CD pipeline in AWS cloud. This is a highly scalable backend application building on Java platform. We need a resource who can troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify system service issues.

You’re cloud native with Terraform as an orchestration. You would use Terraform as a key Orchestration in Infrastructure as Code.

You're comfortable driving. You prefer to own your work streams and enjoy working in autonomy to progress towards your goals.

This is a key role within our DevOps team and will involve working as part of a collaborative agile team in a shared services DevOps organization to support and deliver innovative technology solutions that directly align with the delivery of business value and enhanced customer experience. The primary objective is to provide support to Amazon Web Services hosted environment, ensure continuous availability, working closely with development teams to ensure best value for money, and effective estate management.

• Setup CI/CD Pipeline from scratch along with integration of appropriate quality gates.
• Expertise level knowledge in AWS cloud. Provision and configure infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Build and configure Kubernetes-based infrastructure, networking policies, LBs, and cluster security. Define autoscaling and cost strategies.
• Automate the build of containerized systems with CI/CD tooling, Helm charts, and more
• Manage deployments and rollbacks of applications
• Implement monitoring and metrics with Cloud watch, Newrelic
• Troubleshoot and optimize containerized workload deployments for clients
• Automate operational tasks, and assist in the transition to service ownership models.

• He has to perform architectural analysis, and he should know how to design enterprise-level systems.
• He should know how to design and simulate tools for the perfect delivery of systems.
• He should know how to design, develop, and maintain systems, processes, procedures to deliver a high-quality service design.
• He has to work with other members of a team and other departments to establish healthy communication and information flow.

• He has to plan, design, and configure the most typical business solutions as needed.
• He has to prepare technical documents and other presentations for multiple solutions areas.
• He has to be sure that the best practices for configuration management are carried our as it was needed.
• He has to work on customer specifications, analyze them, and conduct the best product recommendations associated with the platform

Requirements

• AWS Solution Architect 9-10 Years
• Responsible for managing applications on public cloud (AWS) infrastructure.
• Responsible for larger migrations of applications from VM to cloud/cloud-native.
• Responsible for setting up monitoring for cloud/cloud-native-based infrastructure and applications.
• MUST: AWS Solution Architect Professional certification.

Requirements:-

• Must have good understanding of  Python and Shell scripting with industry standard coding conventions
• Must possess good coding debugging skills
• Experience in Design & Development of test framework
• Experience in Automation testing
• Good to have experience in Jenkins framework tool
• Good to have exposure to Continuous Integration process
• Experience in Linux and Windows OS
• Desirable to have Build  & Release  Process knowledge
• Experience in  Automating Manual test cases
• Experienced in automating OS / FW related tasks
• Understanding of BIOS / FW QA  is a strong plus
• OpenCV experience is a plus
• Good to have platform exposure
• Must have good Communication skills
• Good Leadership capabilities & collaboration capabilities, as individual will have to work with multiple teams and single handedly maintain the automation framework and enable the Manual validation team
