Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Python, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience automating deployments, managing containerized applications, and ensuring infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and manage containerization and orchestration using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure tasks using Ansible & Python.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance.
• Enforce security best practices in containerized environments.
• Provide operational support and contribute to continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 4+ years of DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Ansible.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (5–10 years experience) with strong hands-on expertise in AWS, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux. The role involves designing, automating, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Experience with Terraform/Ansible, monitoring tools, and security best practices is required. Immediate joiners preferred.

1. Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS, Azure and GCP
2. Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
3. Provision, configure and maintain AWS, Azure, GCP cloud infrastructure defined as code
4. Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
5. Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
6. Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
7. Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS, Azure Infrastructure and systems
8. Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ Years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/setting up of the Linux environment, who can write shell scripts for any given requirement.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring AWS or GCP services from SCRATCH and maintaining them.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring Kubernetes & EKS and ensuring high availability of container orchestration.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins & Gitlab.
• Experience configuring/maintaining one monitoring tool.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Candidates with certifications - AWS, GCP, CKA, etc will be preferred
• Hands-on experience with databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, RDS).

Experience:

• Min 3 years of experience as SRE automation engineer building, running, and maintaining production sites. Not looking for candidates who have experience only as L1/L2.

Location:

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 Hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts which will rotate every month.

Job Dsecription:

○ Develop best practices for team and also responsible for the architecture

○ solutions and documentation operations in order to meet the engineering departments quality and standards

○ Participate in production outage and handle complex issues and works towards Resolution

○ Develop custom tools and integration with existing tools to increase engineering Productivity

Required Experience and Expertise

○ Having a good knowledge of Terraform + someone who has worked on large TF code bases.

○ Deep understanding of Terraform with best practices & writing TF modules.

○ Hands-on experience of GCP  and AWS and knowledge on AWS Services like VPC and VPC related services like (route tables, vpc endpoints, privatelinks) EKS, S3, IAM. Cost aware mindset towards Cloud services.

○ Deep understanding of Kernel, Networking and OS fundamentals

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - 

Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field - 

At least 3-5 years of professional work experience as a 

DevOps / test automation / deployment engineer -

 Experience in agile software development methodologies 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

 Design and development of scalable software test framework to automate test procedures - Perform health checks of existing sites periodically (manually and also developing a automation pipeline) - Manage per site software releases - 

Generate release notes, user guides, technical documentation -

 Perform upgrades/ downgrades (patch management) - 

Generate and Manage configurations - 

Suggest process improvements by interfacing with product owner - 

File process/installation/deployment related issues & tracking them - 

Verify customer-reported issues and translate them into technical tasks for development 

REQUIREMENTS:

PREFERRED: 

Following are good to have requirements, - 

Knowledge in any of the programming languages like C, C++ etc. 

Experience managing cloud-based (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and in-house server infrastructure - 

Familiarity with machine learning / artificial intelligence infrastructure - 

Experience in data visualization and statistics - 

Basic knowledge of hardware infrastructure containing routers, switches and others -

 Familiarity with web & data securityDesign and development of scalable software test framework to automate test 

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
