DevOps Service Desk Specialist

• 3+ years hands-on Azure cloud & automation experience.
• Experience managing high-availability enterprise systems.

• Deploy and maintain AKS workloads for NiFi, PostGIS, and microservices.
• Architect secure network topology including VNet peering, VPNs, Private Endpoints, DNS & Zero Trust policies.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana & Prometheus.
• Ensure high uptime, DR planning, backup and failover strategies.
• Automate deployments with Azure DevOps, Helm, ArgoCD & GitOps principles.
• Enforce security, RBAC, compliance, and audit standards across environments.
• Good to have knowledge/experince in Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian).

Candidate must be from a product-based company with experience handling large-scale production traffic.

2. Candidate must have strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting and working knowledge of databases and middleware (Mongo, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka).

3. Candidate must have solid experience with Kubernetes.

4. Candidate should have strong knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Chef / Puppet. Add on- Prometheus & Grafana etc.

5. Candidate must be an individual contributor with strong ownership.

6. Candidate must have hands-on experience with DATABASE MIGRATIONS and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

7. Candidate must have working knowledge of Go/Python and Java.

8. Candidate should have working experience on Cloud platform - AWS

9. Candidate should have Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization, and a clear reason for relocation

DevOps Systems Engineer with experience in Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, Ansible, Jenkins and other tools. As part of this role she/he must work with the container best practices in design, development and implementation.

• This position will be responsible to consult with clients and propose architectural solutions to help move & improve infra from on-premise to cloud or help optimize cloud spend from one public cloud to the other
• Be the first one to experiment on new age cloud offerings, help define the best practise as a thought leader for cloud, automation & Dev-Ops, be a solution visionary and technology expert across multiple channels.
• Continually augment skills and learn new tech as the technology and client needs evolve
