• Strong DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer Profiles.
• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / SRE / DevOps Consultant.
• Must have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including deployment, scaling, or containerized application management.
• Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Must have strong automation and scripting experience using Python, Go, Bash, Shell, or similar scripting languages.
• Must have working experience with distributed databases or data systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or Kafka.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in at least one of the following areas - Databases / Distributed Data Systems, Observability & Monitoring, CI/CD Pipelines. Networking Concepts, Kubernetes / Container Platforms

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be working on building and operating infrastructure at scale, designing and implementing a variety of tools to enable product teams to build and deploy their services independently, improving observability across the board, and designing for security, resiliency, availability, and stability. **THIS IS A 100% WORK FROM OFFICE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer that will help our team establish DevOps practice. You will work closely with the technical lead to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company.
You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You’ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you’ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management
activities.
• Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for
DevOps operation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in
the project.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or
creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing
vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Incidence management and root cause analysis
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
• Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous
development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Mentoring and guiding the team members
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs

Essential Skills and Experience Technical Skills

• Proven 3+years of experience as DevOps
• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in computer science
• The ability to code and script in multiple languages and automation frameworks
like Python, C#, Java, Perl, Ruby, SQL Server, NoSQL, and MySQL
• An understanding of the best security practices and automating security testing and
updating in the CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous deployment) pipelines
• An ability to conveniently deploy monitoring and logging infrastructure using tools.
• Proficiency in container frameworks
• Mastery in the use of infrastructure automation toolsets like Terraform, Ansible, and command line interfaces for Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and other cloud platforms
• Certification in Cloud Security
• An understanding of various operating systems
• A strong focus on automation and agile development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
simultaneously

• Collaborate with Dev, QA and Data Science teams on environment maintenance, monitoring (ELK, Prometheus or equivalent), deployments and diagnostics
• Administer a hybrid datacenter, including AWS and EC2 cloud assets
• Administer, automate and troubleshoot container based solutions deployed on AWS ECS
• Be able to troubleshoot problems and provide feedback to engineering on issues
• Automate deployment (Ansible, Python), build (Git, Maven. Make, or equivalent) and integration (Jenkins, Nexus) processes
• Learn and administer technologies such as ELK, Hadoop etc.
• A self-starter and enthusiasm to learn and pick up new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Need to have

• Hands-on Experience in Cloud based DevOps
• Experience working in AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, ECR, ECS etc)
• Experience with any programming language.
• Experience using Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes
• Experience in Python.
• Should be very comfortable working in Linux/Unix environment.
• Exposure to Shell Scripting.
• Solid troubleshooting skills

A strong background in Azure OR Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform is a must-have, certification is a plus.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge include but not limited to: cloud methodologies like PaaS and SaaS; programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net; orchestration systems such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform; Azure IaaS servers; PowerShell scripting.

Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud.

Experience working with Docker and related containerization technologies.

Experience working on orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.

Extensive knowledge working with logging and monitoring tools such as EFK, visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Exposure to security alert monitoring tools.
