Power BI Analyst to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making across our Professional Training Programs.

Role Overview

The Power BI Analyst will be responsible for transforming business, learner, and sales data into actionable dashboards and reports that enhance performance tracking, learner engagement, and revenue optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Develop advanced reports using DAX, data modelling, and Power Query
• Analyze training program performance (enrollments, retention, completion rates, revenue)
• Build KPI dashboards for:
• Sales & Reactivation Team
• Academic & Training Team
• Leadership & Management
• Extract and manage data using SQL from databases and CRM systems
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
• Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
• Present insights through clear and compelling data storytelling

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service)
• Proficiency in:
• DAX (Measures, Time Intelligence)
• Data Modeling (Star & Snowflake Schema)
• Power Query (ETL)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Lookup Functions)
• Experience integrating data from CRM, LMS, or ERP systems
