Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and launch of features on the our App
• Participate in scoping, planning discussions with the designers, PMs, and Leads
• Conceptualize and develop prototypes quickly
• Develop and own launch plans to completion
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve the performance and the architecture of our App
• We will depend on this person to set-up/improve the code quality, tracking, and App architecture and this person needs to have extensively worked on React + Android/iOS

Required Skills



• Min. 3 years of Full-time work experience (College projects, Internships are not a part of this) Hands-on experience with React Native
• Deep expertise of either iOS or Android platform and ecosystems
• Deep understanding of your tools: Languages, frameworks, systems.
• Experience with abstracting requirements into frameworks.

• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of OOPS, PHP, MVC frameworks.
• Write error free code and follow coding standards. Able to perform Code Review job.
• Work closely with QA person to assist in the testing process. 
• Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with the Designer and UI team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Able to work closely with the team and meet the tight deadlines where necessary.

1. The candidate would be responsible for identifying the prospective customers for the above-mentioned products.
2. The candidate must do initial business development with the prospective customers – lead identification, updating database, sending introductory mails, and initial discussion over calls.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must. MBA is desirable
• Relevant work experience of 3-4 years in hiring is a must. Start-up experience is beneficial
• Excellent knowledge and work experience in human resources management, payroll administration, performance management, communication processes and employment laws
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to think independently but handle work collaboratively    

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
• Cloud app development experience
• Developed micro services
• Strong NodeJS experience
• Experience with RabbitMQ is a PLUS
• Experience with MQTT is a PLUS
• Fullstack experience and especially with ReactJS desired
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases
• Strong communication skills
