We are seeking a Moodle Developer with strong PHP expertise to develop, customize, and support our Learning Management System (LMS) for EdTech products. The role involves deep Moodle core development, plugin customization, and LMS integrations to deliver scalable and user-friendly online learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Moodle LMS using PHP

Create and enhance custom Moodle plugins, blocks, and reports

Customize Moodle themes, UI, and UX

Integrate Moodle with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party APIs

Manage Moodle upgrades, migrations, and security patches

Optimize LMS performance, database queries, and scalability

Implement user roles, permissions, assessments, and reports

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Collaborate with product, academic, and QA teams

Required Skills

Strong experience in PHP with Moodle LMS

Hands-on knowledge of MySQL / PostgreSQL

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Experience in Moodle plugin development & customization

Understanding of SCORM, quizzes, grading, and reporting

Experience with REST APIs, web services, and SSO

Familiarity with Linux server environments

Good to Have

Experience in EdTech platforms / online education

Job Description

The candidates for senior development role will perform the following responsibilities:

Ruby On Rails Developer

Job Description:

· Relevant experience in Rails Web Applications should at least have 2+ Years of Experience

· Good experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Strong experience with Ruby on Rails Frameworks, ActiveRecord, GEMs, CRON jobs, and schedulers

· Develop enhancements on ruby-based web applications

· Experience in working with GitHub integrations and Docker setups.

Java Developers (4-5 positions)

What qualities are we looking for?

Technical Requirements:

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating Magento with AEM.
• Experience with Front End Development using JavaScript and related frameworks & libraries such as Angular.
• Experience in using and integrating the broader Adobe Experience Cloud stack (i.e. Assets, Analytics, Launch, Target, etc)
• Experience with cloud technologies (specifically Amazon Web Services)
• Experience with Build/deploys tools and pipelines such as Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
