We are seeking a disciplined, serious, and highly skilled Lead JavaScript Engineer with hands-on experience in SvelteKit and Generative AI (RAG & MCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a small team of 5 Software Developers.
• Architect, develop, and maintain web and native applications.
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (RAG & MCP).
• Manage authentication, security, and DevOps pipelines.
• Enforce disciplined coding practices, processes, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript mainly with JS Framework of SvelteKit is must.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (RAG & MCP).
• Experience leading small teams.
• Deep understanding of web app architecture, security, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of native app frameworks is a plus.
• Disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Role

Being a part of Products Engineering team, this member is expected to work with existing

development team. Key responsibilities of this role include design and development of PHP based applications as per the product roadmap. Coordinate with co-developers and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.

Experience

Around 4 years of experience in creating and implementing Web-based products using PHP,

MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Ability to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment, and learn rapidly.

Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON.

Experience in any PHP framework Laravel, CodeIgniter or Zend.

Writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.

Must have knowledge of project/task management tools like Jira,

Candidate should ideally be a B.E/B.Tech graduate with 2 to 5 years of real-time experience.
