Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled .Net Core or ASP.Net Core MVC Software Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications based on client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .Net Core or ASP.Net Core MVC
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features
• Ensure best performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications
• Identify and resolve application bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Write clean and efficient code following coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a .Net Core Developer Or ASP.Net Core MVC
• Proficiency in ASP.Net Core MVC, .Net Core, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ERP domain.
• Ability to understand requirements and deliver solutions with minimal supervision

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

2. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

3. Work with APIs, third-party libraries and Familiarity with MVC, MVVM.

4. Proficient in code versioning tools including GitHub and Gitlab.

5. Familiarity with push notifications,and cloud messaging.

6. Identifying potential problems and resolving application bugs.

7. Fixing application bugs before the final release.

8. Publishing application on Play Store.

9. Maintain code quality and Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.

11. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3+ Years of Android Developer Experience or Created an App Before.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack Components, Room, and Coroutines.
• Experience with UI/UX Designing, RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Firebase Integration is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in fintech industry considered as plus point.

Responsibility 

·        Designing and building the website front-end.

·        Creating the website architecture.

·        Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

Eligibility

Role - Technology Lead

Role Overview 

As a Tech lead, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and  procedures, working closely with the co-founders in building a team. You will be responsible for  defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and  debugging of the software applications. The technology lead will be a part of the core leadership  team and will be involved in all crucial decisions. So apart from strong technical skills, leadership is  something we are looking for.  

Responsibilities  

▪ Work Experience between 3 to 5 years in large scale applications with desire to work in fast  paced startups  

▪ Must have led a team of 3 to 10 engineers. Excellent business understanding and  prioritization skills. Fully hands on with coding and up to date with technology trends. 
▪ Focus on code maintainability and performance of application and a demonstrated product  development ability.  

▪ Must be excellent with hiring and should have built a team from scratch or small size 
▪ Provide technical advice and assists in solving programming problems  

▪ Continuously create new and interactive features that would help to improve user  experience and user engagement.  

▪ Assist with troubleshooting of issues as needed 

Tech Stack -

Node Js, Nativescript, Angular, React, React Native, MongoDB, AWS.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Fully adaptive to the technology needed for the current project

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 year of strong demonstrated knowledge in PHP, Mysql, Mongodb, Jquery, SASS
• Algorithms, data structure.
• Object-oriented programming.
• AWS/Server experience to handle production machines is a plus.
• Team Management mandatory
• Experience on PHP, PHP Frameworks, Ajax, Knowledge on CMS platform like Opencart, payment gateway integration, experience working on portals.
• Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Product based company preferable
