The Role:
You are a ReactJS / React Native Developer passionate about building world-class mobile and web applications with performant backend and glitch-free experience. You will build and maintain our public-facing application. The role will mainly involve developing real-time frontend and backend services, while frequently interacting with a multi-cloud environment. You will build a customer-facing product deeply connected to the ML components of the system, solving new problems regarding how users interact with the results and how they re-train the models through their input.
Specifically, we want someone who can:
- Solve problems from understanding the available data to providing the functional UI requirements
- Architect solid frontend components, including snapshot testing and integration testing
- Develop and maintain APIs and data structures for ML-powered features
- Use cloud-native libraries, in a multi-cloud system
- Work with the DevOps to build CI/CD pipelines and help manage the infrastructure
Requirements
- Ability to develop user interfaces following HTML usability best practices
- Extensive knowledge of modern front-end development, using React with Hooks and CSS-in-JS
- Capable to build scalable APIs using the most recent Python features
- Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Have worked commercially with containerized tools like Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes, etc.
- Experience that would be good to have:
- 2 - 3 years of commercial experience
- Ability to sensibly design features from a UI and UX perspective
- Experience with real-time interfaces and backends
- Manage and Develop the Digital Performance Channels
- Ownership of Top-line building channels like Google Shopping, Google Remarketing, Third Parties for Remarketing
- Continuously chase ambitious targets of ROAS while maintaining min Top Line thresholds
- Build effective journeys of remarketing to reduce the overlaps and shorten the touchpoints to convert
- Exploration of new channels to drive Performance Marketing
- Be an actor of your channel ecosystem

Our sales leader builds sales outreach capability and capacity delivering on revenue goals for Wooqer! You establish the outreach engine through ongoing market research for opportunities, A/B testing the pilot pitch, defining the sales structure and process, hiring and training SDR- s, establishing an incentive plan for sales teams, and leading closures by example.
- You will refine Wooqer offering for a target market, generate and calibrate winning buying propositions, define a metrics framework to continuously refine the outreach to build a repeatable and predictable revenue engine.
- You will work closely with product marketing, revenue leadership, customer success leadership and business heads to create new products through market feedback loop.

Basic Qualifications

- Passion for acting on a vision with excellent sense of humor!
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Past experience in NodeJs, Redux and other advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in NodeJS, Javascript, ECMAScript (OOJS) and JSX.
- Knowledge of SPAs and build tools like Npm, Webpack, Grunt, Bower etc
- Should have good knowledge of Mobile friendly web application development
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Flexbox.
- Should have the knowledge of Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience in server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS
