• Hands-on experience with **Lightning Web Components, Apex, Controllers, Triggers, Web Services, and Flows**.
• At least **2 years of development experience** with **Experience Cloud or Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning)**.
• Strong knowledge of the **Salesforce data model**, including Products, Price Books, Accounts, and Contacts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through **REST/SOAP APIs, XML, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), or native Salesforce APIs**.
• Experience working with **Salesforce AppExchange applications and integrations**.
• Familiarity with data management tools such as **Data Loader, Excel Connector, and DemandTools**.
• Intermediate proficiency in **written and spoken English**.

About the Role:
Order & Inventory Management Lead (OML) supports and enables the delivery and execution of the Sales order for ConvaTec India along with financial credit / debit note and product evaluation sample management for our distributors.
This is an incredibly diverse and challenging role that will require a diverse and practiced knowledge of an ERP system along with very good skills in excel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Order Management

Capturing sales order entry in SAP, check for special pricing & approval validity, save documents in drive, create output, share with customer

Check for payment receipt via bank statement/ mails, messages

Order release from finance and tracking of pending orders

Create delivery order and share with the warehouse team

Review dispatch details, follow up with customers for logistics partner

Backorder management and apt stock allocation
