Internship Title: Website Operations Intern

Description:

The Website Operations Intern will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CityHangAround platform. The intern will support website management activities including reviewing business listings, organizing categories, monitoring customer orders, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly. This role requires attention to detail, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate information on the website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve business listings on the CityHangAround website
• Manage and update category listings on the platform
• Monitor and track customer orders on the website
• Ensure listings and information on the platform are accurate and updated
• Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates and issue resolution
• Assist in maintaining smooth daily operations of the website

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Expereince: 5+ Years

Responsbilities

Algorithm Development:

• Design and develop cutting-edge algorithms for solving complex business problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions.

Content Customization:

• Implement content customization strategies to enhance user experience and engagement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to tailor AI/ML models for specific business needs.

Data Collection and Preprocessing:

• Develop robust data collection strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality datasets.

• Implement preprocessing techniques to clean and prepare data for model training.

Model Training and Evaluation:

• Utilize machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, and Scikit Learn for model training.

• Conduct rigorous evaluation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Monitoring and Optimization:

• Implement monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models.

• Continuously optimize models for better efficiency and accuracy.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Leverage statistical modelling techniques to derive meaningful insights from data.

• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for algorithms, models, and implementation details.

• Provide documentation for training, deployment, and maintenance procedures.

Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Pytorch, Scikit Learn).
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Expertise in Generative AI techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Strong background in statistical modelling and content customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using primarily Configuration and Customization where needed (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)

2. Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Approval processes and email Alerts.

3. Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Mulesoft, REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On, etc.

4. Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements. 5. Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.

6. Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.

7. Demo enhancements and features to business stakeholders

8. Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported because of faults in the production system. Experience:

1. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, & Development experience with Experience Cloud & Service Cloud

2. 5+ years of experience utilizing source control on a Salesforce project.

3. 5+ years of experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques (APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components etc.)

4. Experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within Salesforce.

5. Experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension Pac

• 4+ years distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment
• Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers through the entire launch process
• Strong development experience in Java, C++, C#, or similar OO languages
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals
• Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures
• Good understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies
• Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure a strong plus

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or in any related engineering discipline.
2. (2-4) years of experience in building scalable web applications.

Educational Qualification :

1. a) Meeting clients to understand their CRM and process requirements.
2. b) Work as a team member for system requirements definition process and system setup during implementation.
3. c) Re-engineer business processes to ensure accurate CRM roll-out.
4. d) Creating and managing the project schedule, participating in performance standards discussions.
5. e) Translating client requirements into system configuration and custom developments and prepares an achievable delivery schedule.
6. f) Coordinating with departments to ensure delivery.
