Senior Software Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–6 years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and MS SQL, with exposure to Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full technology stack and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications using .NET Core, C#, ReactJS, and MS SQL.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to support scalable frontend/backend integration.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to best coding practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and ensure high test coverage.
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure and contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core and C# development.
• Proficient in ReactJS and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.
• Experience working with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s).
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

1. 4 plus years of experience in Java development.

2. Good communication skills are mandatory.

3. Spring boot , microservices , AWS , multithreading , GIT mandatory.

4. Angular or React is mandatory 

5. Joining within 2 weeks 

6. Location : Pune , Working from client location i.e at D.P.Road ( very near to Metro station ). Another location is Indore ( if available)

7. Permanent position with Prismatic .

8. Product development exposure and latest technology exposure . Prospects of international travel for the bright candidate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects properly and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.
• Define processes and deliverable that meet project goals and are reasonable within operational, cultural and technology constraints.
• Submit Weekly Sprint & Product Performance Report to Management
