Serve as a technical expert for Workday (primarily) and other HR business systems.

Oversee and maintain business process configuration, inbound and outbound integrations, and security

Create and maintain advanced reports and web services to enable data-driven decision making across the enterprise, with end-user visibility both inside and outside of Workday

Workday experience required, with a strong emphasis on security, reporting, and business process configuration. Need expertise on Advanced compensation, absence, talent / performance experience and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) is a huge plus.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Experience with Agile development principle and methods, specifically with scrum and sprint
