Role : MERN Stack Developer

- Experience Required : 2 - 4 Years

- Location : Mumbai (Work From Office 5 Days)

- Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or up to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

- Design and maintain scalable APIs and services.

- Work with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and deployment.

- Integrate Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architecture.

- Solid understanding of software design principles and RESTful APIs.

- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.

Responsible for end to end ownership of project deliverables and regular interactions with the clients to provide project status updates Work on the estimations for a given project Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan promptly Responsible for generating reports, invoice and billing People responsibilities include ensuring optimal retention of talent and improving the performance of team members through continuous feedback Timely reporting of the projects to the client and management

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope. 
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor, and summarize the progress of the project. 
• Prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of the project. 
• Work on the estimations for a given project. 
• Identify the risks and provide a mitigation plan promptly. 
• Generation of reports, invoices, and billing. 
• People's Management includes ensuring optimal retention of talent and improving the performance of team members through continuous feedback.

Experience and Expertise: 

• Overall 7-12 years of experience and at least 4 years of project delivery management experience. 
• Should have worked on SaaS products and have experience in handling a team (at least 10-15). 
• Sound knowledge of SDLC, and quality process with respect to delivery management.
• Experience in Mobile application development and programming knowledge is a plus.
• Good presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers at all levels

Responsibility:

∙Develop and maintain code following predefined cost, company and security

standards.

∙Work on bug fixes, supporting in the maintenance and improvement of existing

applications.

∙Elaborate interfaces using standards and design principles defined by the team.

∙Develop systems with high availability.

∙Attend and contribute to development meetings.

∙Well versed with Unit testing and PSR Standards.

∙Master Software Development lifecycle, standards and technologies used by the

team.

∙Deliver on time with high quality.

∙Write Automation tests before to API call to code it and test it.

∙Trouble Shooting and debugging skills.

∙Perform technical documentation of the implemented tasks.
