Job Title: Sponsorship Sales Manager (Events & Partnerships)

Location: India, Remote

Role Summary:

We are looking to hire a Sponsorship Sales Manager with an established network of sponsor relationships in the Middle East technology and cybersecurity ecosystem. This role requires someone who can immediately leverage existing connections to generate sponsorship revenue, while strengthening and expanding those relationships over time.

This is not a junior or entry-level role. The successful candidate will already be known within the market and able to demonstrate proven access to relevant decision-makers across potential sponsor organizations.

Key Responsibilities

* Leverage an existing network of senior contacts to secure sponsorships for executive-level technology and cybersecurity events

* Convert established relationships into commercial partnerships through structured sponsorship proposals

* Own the full sponsorship sales lifecycle including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and closure

* Maintain and grow long-term sponsor relationships focused on repeat engagement and multi-event partnerships

* Identify additional high-potential sponsor organisations through industry knowledge and referrals

* Represent the organisation in sponsor meetings, calls, and industry interactions

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsor commitments are aligned and delivered

* Track pipeline progress and sponsorship revenue through structured reporting

Experience & Requirements

* 4–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships

* Mandatory experience working with IT and cybersecurity companies

* Strong Middle East market exposure with an existing, active network of sponsor contacts

* Proven ability to activate personal relationships to close sponsorship deals

* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

* Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial judgement

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements.
• Review code for quality and implementation of best practices.
• Promote coding, testing, and deployment best practices through hands-on research and demonstration.

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of experience in software product development.
• Proficient in Python, Django, Pandas, GitHub, and AWS.

• Strong Experience in designing REST APIs.
• Experience with working on scalable interactive web applications.
• A clear understanding of software design constructs and their implementation.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture.
