We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Full-Time Flutter Developer. This is a fully remote position, offering a base pay of INR 12000 with an INR 3000 performance bonus based on work performance. Additionally, monthly incremental base pay and bonus adjustments will be made based on your outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize and write social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners, and other forms of digital content.
• Copywriting: Develop concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy for a range of digital materials.
• Research: Conduct research to source facts, statistics, and trends to inform and enhance content.
• Team Collaboration: Brainstorm and collaborate with the team on new ideas and strategies to elevate brand presence.
• Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a following on social media by producing engaging and shareable content.
• Competitive Research: Research industry trends and competitors to create original, innovative content that stands out.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with campaign managers, creative teams, and designers to bring ideas to life.
• Content Variety: Write across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, articles, social updates, case studies, guides, white papers, and more.
• Community Interaction: Respond to audience queries and comments on social media platforms.
• Additional Content Creation: Develop content for e-books, podcasts, and other digital formats.
• Content Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new topics based on customer needs and emerging trends.
• Consistency: Maintain consistency in tone, style, fonts, and images across all content.
• Editing: Review and edit content produced by other team members to ensure high quality and alignment with brand voice.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing metrics and suggest content optimizations to improve engagement.
• Innovative Ideas: Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative content ideas.

Skills & Experience We Require:

• Proven Experience: Prior work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing published articles, social media content, or other writing samples.
• Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct research using multiple sources to inform content creation.
• Writing & Editing: Excellent command of the English language with outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Deadline-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative Passion: A genuine passion for creating viral content and staying on top of trends.
• Gen Z Insight: Deep understanding of Gen Z preferences and the ability to tailor content to resonate with this demographic.

Pedigree:

About the role

What you will do

• Take charge of payroll issues for customers from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Leverage chat, email, and video conferencing functionality to help our customers optimize Rippling to administer payroll processing, quarterly/yearly taxation & filings, and banking & payments inquiries 
• De-escalate and resolve issues by leveraging platform and industry expertise 
• Work well under time constraints and meet schedules; at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client’s payroll needs are met
• Build mental muscle and become a product expert - you'll be a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers 
• Interact with cross-functional teams to identify areas where we can better serve our customer base through automation or added features

Implementation Engineer

Implementation Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

• Understanding requirements from internal consumers about program functionality.
• Perform UAT tests on application with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
• Collaborate with development team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manage all communication with department to resolve all issues and assist implementation analyst to manage all production data.
• Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of JIRA.
• Assist internal teams to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist to track appropriate customization to all software for clients.
• Train technical staff on all OS and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same. Train other team members on processes, procedures, API functionality, and development specifications.
• Supervise/support crossed-functional teams to design, test and deploy to achieve on-time project completion.
• Implement, configure, and debug MySQL, JAVA, Redis, PHP, Node, ActiveMQ setups.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure utilizing SYSLOG, SNMP and other monitoring software.
• Install, configure, monitor and upgrade applications during installation/upgrade activities.
• Assisting team to identify network issue and help them with respective resolutions.
• Utilize JIRA for issue reporting, status, activity planning, tracking and updating project defects and tasks.
• Managing JIRA and tracking tickets to closure and follow-ups with team members.
• Troubleshoot software issues
• Provide on-call support as necessary

Implementation Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with
• Linux & Windows Operating system
• Working on shell and bat scripts
• SIP/ISUP based solutions
• deploying / debugging Java, C++ based solutions.
• MySQL to install, backup, update and retrieve data
• Front-end or back-end software development for LINUX
• database management and security a plus
• Very good debugging and analytical skills
• Good Communication skills

Responsibilities:

1.  Define the product strategy, roadmap, and own end-to-end product lifecycle.
2.  Be an good learner with respect to the competition
3. Understand the business problem/void and craft a fitting product.
4. Design, Develop and Deploy the product in close coordination with functional teams, with limited oversight.
5. Dissect the requirements into user stories, Prioritize the backlog based on business value, and define acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in software delivery, with a focus on product delivery and roadmap planning including experience in Agile Development methodologies.
• Knowledge and focus on superb user experience [UX], aesthetics, and visual communication (Figma).
• Experience bringing a product from idea through to customer use and maintenance.
• Minimum of 0 - 1  years experience as a Product Manager working for a tech product, preferably on a mobile app
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
