Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and modern frontend frameworks, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Implement best practices and design patterns for clean, maintainable code.
• Work with Spring Boot, JSP, and MySQL to build robust backend services.
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ASP.NET Developer to join our development team. As an ASP.NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the ASP.NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
• Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET, C#, asp.net core and related technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop database structures, queries, and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server or other database systems.
• Implement and integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and frameworks as required.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as an ASP.NET Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET framework and proficiency in C# programming language.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

• 7+ years of overall software development experience. 

• Hands-on experience with backend languages like Python, Java and Javascript.

• High availability and fault tolerance systems design experience. 

• Test Driven Design practitioner and good understanding of unit Testing and comprehensive test suite building. 

• Customer focused with good analytical thinking and problem solving. 

• Metrics based progress monitoring and reporting capabilities. 

• Flexibility to interface with cross timezone teams. 

• Should have led cross-functional teams like frontend, backend, UI/UX, devops, QA, etc. 

• Experience in security practices for web applications. 

Note: Hands on experience in Angular is also must.

• Work with stakeholders (product owners, project managers, and scrum masters) to define and clarify requirements.
• Provide technical and work direction to the other global developers (be their conduit to the local team)
• Hands-on development of defined architecture and design of both front-end and back-end programming.
• Ability to keep informed of industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into specific work items.
• Implement and carry out unit testing.
• Leverage the DevOps team to ensure the product can be automatically built, deployed, and tested using CI/CD pipelines across all of the release cycles from dev to production.
• Strong grasp of modern security principles and how to apply them to applications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to develop resilient code that performs, and scales based on application usage.
• 6+ years of experience in developing using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular and React
• 6+ years of experience building applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web, JSON/XAML-based REST API.
• 3+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS
• Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks like UnitJS, Mocha
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or Visual Studio Team Services
• Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Atom or Eclipse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a distributed and global environment
• Understanding of building applications deployed in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) leveraging PaaS and IaaS Services
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
