Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build high-performance, scalable, and visually refined web applications. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on architecture, performance, and crafting exceptional user experiences across modern browsers and devices.

You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build robust frontend systems, define engineering standards, and ship production-grade features that scale.

What You’ll Build

1. Frontend Architecture & Development

• Build scalable, modular frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Architect component-driven UI systems and reusable design libraries
• Implement robust state management and data flow patterns
• Develop responsive, cross-browser experiences with high usability
• Collaborate with backend teams to design API contracts and integrations

2. Performance & Optimization

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility
• Improve Core Web Vitals and page load performance
• Implement code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and asset optimization
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in production environments
• Ensure smooth user experiences across low-end to high-end devices

3. UI Engineering & Design Systems

• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Translate Figma or design specifications into pixel-perfect interfaces
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive layouts
• Maintain visual consistency across products and platforms

4. Frontend Platform & Tooling

• Improve build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling
• Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Establish coding standards, linting rules, and documentation practices
• Support deployment workflows and release management

5. Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
• Work with product and UX teams to shape user-facing features
• Contribute to technical decision-making and roadmap planning
• Advocate for performance, maintainability, and user-centric design

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering
• Strong expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks
• Experience building scalable frontend architecture from scratch
• Deep understanding of browser rendering, performance, and optimization
• Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Experience integrating APIs and working closely with backend teams
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

3. Database - MONGO, SQL etc. min 2yrs experience with these.

4. Features created for large concurrent requests.

5. Node Js, Go lang any asynchronous programming language min 2 yrs exp with any one of them.

6. Message Queues - RABBIT MQ, Kafka etc.

7. Logging and APM (application process manager) good to have.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that solve customer pain points and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.

Roadmap and Prioritization

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term goals.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that achieve business goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with technical concepts (e.g., APIs, databases, or system architecture).

• Research for job fairs, job seminars and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.
• Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
• Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
• Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
• Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
• Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
• Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.
• Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
• Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.

Responsibilities

• A graduation/post graduation degree in Computer Science (IITs, IIITs and NITs preferred)
• 7-12 years of strong experience in various frontend development technologies which includes Javascript (core and oops), Nodejs, Html, Css
• Expertise in 
• Any UI framework React/Vue 
• State Management libraries like redux
• Build tools (webpack, grunt, gulp etc)
• Experience with 
• best practices for JS development using jslint, testing frameworks etc.
• package managers like npm or yarn
• Experience working with agile teams and making rapid decisions in dynamic and disruptive environments.
• 2+ years of leading and managing a team consisting of backend, frontend and QA.
• Hands on writing and reviewing code
• Exceptional design and architectural skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Good to have

• Experience with AWS, Microfrontend, Nginx, CDN caching
• Exposure to Performance optimization techniques/tools (caching, cdn, lighthouse, optimization)
• Experience with Dockers & Containerization
• Knowledge of tools and best practices for Linting, Compiling, Minifying, Jenkins etc.
• Experience with "Micro Frontend architecture" & “Backend For Frontend”
