International BPO Executive

As a DevOps Engineer and Architect in Dori AI, you will be responsible for streamlining and executing Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps activities with a charter to reduce cost while improving observability, scalability, and reliability.  In this role, you will also work closely with the Service Development team and contribute to the Service Platform design.

The Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:
Help identify and drive Speed, Performance, Scalability, and Reliability related optimization based on experience and learnings from the production incidents.
Work in an agile DevSecOps environment in creating, maintaining, monitoring, and automation of the overall solution-deployment.
Understand and explain the effect of product architecture decisions on systems.
Identify issues and/or opportunities for improvements that are common across multiple services/teams.
This role will require weekend deployments

Skills and Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in a DevOps end-to-end development process with heavy focus on service monitoring and site reliability engineering work.
2. Advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Bash, PERL, Python, Node.js).
3. Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development including working with GiT, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
4. Advance experience with core microservice technology (RESTFul development).
5. Working knowledge of using Advance AI/ML tools are pluses.
6. Working knowledge in the one or more of the Cloud Services: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure
7. Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field experience

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in a specialized area. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Expert in configuration, deployment and management of Switches, Routers (Cisco, Arista, Juniper)

Design, implement and support multi-site colocation DC Network architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals

Prior experience in designing and maintaining LAN/WAN/MPLS/ISP networks

Provide technical assistance with the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of DC Network & Remote/Branch Networks

Working with infrastructure teams to maintain standards for critical infrastructure, across Server and Network Security/networking devices

Implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security systems for the protection of the organizations data, systems, and networks

Ensure that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls

Analyze security systems and seek improvements on a continuous basis

Responding to all system and/or network security breaches.

Participating in Incident and Change management process.

Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.

Acting as a SPOC for all network related issues.

Respond to incidents raised by Ops/Support Team

Participate at 24/7 rotation for troubleshooting Critical incidents related to Network and Security

DataCenter Network Up time tracking

Cloud connectivity check as well as site to site tunnels creation to access resources directly from office network.

Networking devices LifeCycle Management Key Skillset required: Expert in Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Switches, Routers (Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik) Expert in implementing and troubleshooting routing protocols [BGP, EIGRP and OSPF] and Switching technologies Expert in implementing and troubleshooting switching Technologies [STP, VTP, VLAN, Ether channel, HSRP, MLAG, VXLAN, Switch QoS etc. ] Experience in integrating/establishing connectivity to Cloud platforms like AWS,Azure. Experience in network monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Ntop, CACTI, Kiwi Syslog, Solar Winds, Wireshark) Working with infrastructure team to maintain standards for critical infrastructure, across Server and Network Security/networking devices Experience in creating and maintaining network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network diagrams and processes.
