As our Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
● Securing annual subscription renewals and upsell opportunities
● Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of
accounts
● Monitoring and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accounts ●
Managing approximately 150-200 accounts at a time
● Analyzing customer performance data and making recommendations to ensure
revenue growth
● Providing thoughtful, empathetic, and personalized email communication postimplementation
● Supporting our internal Customer Success team by fulfilling partner requests in a timely
manner
● Assisting partners in solving technical and strategy related issues ● Providing best
practices and proactive outreach to partners to ensure they are on their journey to
success
● Maintaining a deep understanding of suite of products ● Working with crossfunctional teams to drive better collaboration and customer experience
● Being the voice of the customer back to our Product organization, communicate
trending customer feedback and ideas

● 1-2 years of relevant customer success/support experience in a SaaS environment ●
Strong communication skills - you have experience explaining technical concepts to
customers in a professional and thoughtful manner
● Experience being customer centric - you have the ability to understand customer
pain points and genuine desire to help our customers resolve issues ● Experience
working with software or the ability to learn a wide variety of tools ● Fluent in

- Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic corporate environment
- Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery and support
- Delivering and Maintaining Environment Management Plans, Bookings, Access Details and Schedules for Projects
- Working with Environment Team on Technical Environment Delivery Solutions
- Troubleshooting, managing and tracking Environment Incidents & Service Requests in conjunction with technical teams and external partners via the service management tool

full-fledged products. Starting from UI/UX aspects, responsive and blazing fast front-ends,

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Design and administer automated testing tools and continuous integration

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
● Mastery of one or more back-end programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, C++
etc.)
● Proficiency in front-end programming paradigms and libraries (for example : HTML,
CSS and advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular, Knockout,
React). - Knowledge of automated and continuous integration testing tools (Jenkins,
Team City, Circle CI etc.)
● Proven experience of platform-level development for large-scale systems.
● Deep understanding of various database systems (MySQL, Mongo,
Cassandra).
● Ability to plan and design software system architecture.
● Development experience for mobile, browsers and desktop systems is
desired.
● Knowledge and experience of using distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark)
and cloud environments (Amazon EC2, Google Compute Engine, Microsoft
Azure).
● Experience working in agile development. Knowledge and prior experience of tools
like Jira is desired.
● Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion or Mercurial).

Shift Timing

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a highly technical individual, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and is comfortable working closely with customers.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills
- High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
- Confidence speaking and presenting in a collaborative customer setting
- 4+ years of software development/consulting/support experience, preferably in a number of distinct industries/verticals
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
- Competence in at least one of the following languages (in no particular order): Java, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Go.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus
- Should have the strong capability with, minimally, both English and any local language - as necessary
Position Expectations
As a core member of the MongoDB Professional Services team, you will
- Contribute to helping migrate customers from self-hosted MongoDB on-prem/cloud to Atlas
- Contribute to customer implementations at any or all phases of the application lifecycle: portfolio assessment, application planning, and design, deployment architectures, development and build, integration and release configuration, system testing, production operations, application optimization, and best practices adoption
- Work as part of a wider delivery team comprising fellow consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams
