Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and configure benefit plans, rate structures, and contribution strategies within our platform
• Analyze documents like SBCs, rate sheets, and benefit summaries with attention to financial implications
• Collaborate with software developers to test plan functionality and flag any issues or mismatches
• Help simulate edge cases and validate end-to-end user scenarios from a benefits perspective
• Assist Customer Success Managers in onboarding and maintaining client plan configurations
• Provide feedback to the product team based on actual client use cases and plan behaviours.

You’ll Excel If You:

• Are an MBA (Finance) graduate or have similar experience in financial analysis, insurance, or benefits
• Are detail-oriented and can spot a typo in a 20-page document without breaking a sweat
• Can think logically through how a benefits rule should behave in software
• Enjoy working in a team that includes both client-facing folks and developers
• Like the idea of combining structured work with some hands-on product exposure
• Want to build domain expertise in US insurance/benefits, finance-tech, or HR SaaS

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with US-based insurance or benefit plans
• Know your way around testing workflows or tools like Cypress or Postman
• Can handle a spreadsheet like a pro-Excel or Google Sheets or financial modelling tools
• Have experience in QA, even if basic, or have a curious mindset about how things break

account management experience specifically with a Market Research Agency or Online Provider  Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience • Candidates must have 6+ years of account management experience specifically with a Market Research Agency or Online Provider coming equipped with a demonstrated network and proven track record • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills in English • Knowledge of project management tools and concepts • Proficiency with MS Word & Excel Key Responsibilities: These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role: • Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients by providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate • Drafting proposals & quotations for Quantitative projects as well as Qualitative projects • Planning projects and budgets i.e. work weeks estimates, operations capacity, gross profit, Cost estimation on operations • Collaborate with other Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives • Partner with Business Development and Alliances team to onboard new clients and partners • Report on key performance metrics

We have a unique opportunity as we are looking for a Sales Manager at Epixel Solutions. You have the opportunity to build the sales process from the ground up. This position will be responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. You will work with high-profile customers, evaluate budgets, and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process.

Your tasks often include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of the sales team, setting quotas, assigning sales training, hiring salespeople, and building sales plans. You will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

Additional duties could find you traveling to client sites, and attending conferences, conventions, and small workshops representing Epixel Solutions.

This position will report to the Chief Growth officer who heads up the Go To Market (GTM) team.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of our ideal Sales Manager include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
• Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Providing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.

The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.

Familiarity with our tech stack would be a plus (Zoho, Calendly, Google Apps, Redmine)

The Epixel sales team is war-ready to support our international clients and prospects around the clock. Hence, candidates should be flexible working in three different shifts on and off according to business needs.

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven software development experience and Android skills development
• Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app
• Experience with Android SDK
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

JD of Java Full Stack Developer:-

  Java 8 / java 11

o Strong on OOPS concepts / not theoretically, should be able to analyze the outcome of a code snippet and also should have an ability to write code during the interview
