We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Character Artist with rigging expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating characters from scratch and rigging them for Unity and Unreal Engine. Responsibilities:
- Create 3D characters from concept art or references, adhering to project specifications and style
- Design and implement realistic or stylized facial expressions using blend shapes and rigging techniques
- Create efficient and optimized character rigs for animation, including skinning and weight painting
- Collaborate with the art and animation team to ensure consistency of character design and quality across all assets
- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues related to rigging, animation, and integration into game engines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills and workflows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing using software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or and any major 3D softwares.
