Roles and Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a
seamless process.
2. Technical Sourcing:
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent in IT-related
fields.
3. Collaborate with department heads to design and create comprehensive job
descriptions for various roles across all departments, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
4. Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring a
diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
5. Candidate Assessment:
Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills
and fit for roles.
6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted
recruitment strategies.
7. Pipeline Management (Good into Backup planning’s):
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future technical positions.
8. Closing Candidates:
Effectively negotiate offers and address candidate concerns to ensure successful
closures.
9. Develop tailored recruitment strategies for each department based on the unique
needs and challenges of their respective profiles.
10. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and identify areas for process
improvement.
11. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to
refine sourcing strategies.
12. Collaboration with HR Teams:
Work closely with HR teams to align recruitment strategies with overall organizational
goals and culture.
13. Collaboration with Consultancies: Collaborate with external consultancies and
recruitment agencies to enhance sourcing strategies and broaden the talent pool for
technical positions.
14. Build strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate
experience.
15. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Nway Technologies' presence in
the job market.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
• 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a technology
focused environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.

Content Developer
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term organizational goals
- Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles including: face to face, mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles
