Role Overview:

This position will own company's digital and social media ecosystem in India. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, cultural relevance, and performance-driven digital marketing, ensuring the brand remains distinctive and engaging across platforms while supporting key business objectives like customer acquisition, store launches, and frequency.

This role will be responsible for driving company's digital storytelling, social media presence, and influencer collaborations while working closely with creative and media agencies to build engaging campaigns that drive both brand love and restaurant traffic.

Key Performance Areas and Tasks:

Social Media & Content Strategy:

• Develop and lead the social media strategy for company's India across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.

• Build engaging content calendars that reflect company's distinctive tone of voice, humour and cultural relevance.

• Ensure social media supports both brand engagement and business outcomes such as store traffic and campaign awareness.

Content Creation & Production:

• Own the planning and execution of photo and video shoots for digital campaigns and social media.

• Collaborate with creative agencies and production partners to produce high-quality visual content.

• Ensure a strong pipeline of always-on content showcasing the brand, food and culture.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships:

• Develop and execute the brand’s influencer and creator collaboration strategy.

• Identify and build long-term relationships with creators across food, lifestyle and culture.

• Drive collaborations that feel authentic to the company's brand and community.

Digital Media Planning & Performance:

• Work with the media agency to plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across social and digital platforms.

• Oversee digital media budgets, campaign execution and optimization.

• Track and report campaign performance against key metrics such as reach, engagement and traffic.

Campaign Development:

• Partner with the Head of Marketing to support development of campaign key visuals and creative assets.

• Translate campaign ideas into digital-first storytelling and content.

Agency Management:

• Lead day-to-day coordination with social, creative and media agencies.

• Ensure agency deliverables meet timelines, brand standards and campaign objectives.

• Act as the internal owner of digital strategy while agencies function as execution partners.

Store & Launch Support:

• Collaborate with the store marketing team to amplify new restaurant launches and local activations through digital and influencer campaigns.

Analytics & Insights:

• Monitor social and campaign performance to derive insights and optimize future content and campaigns.

• Provide regular reporting on metrics including follower growth, engagement, campaign reach and store traffic impact.

Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content-led brand roles.

• Experience with consumer brands, QSR, food, lifestyle or hospitality brands preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media culture, trends and creator ecosystems.

• Experience managing digital media campaigns and agency partnerships.

• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance-driven marketing.

• Comfortable leading content production including photo and video shoots.

• Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Job Description-Supply Chain Executive

• Establish and lead execution of operation strategy; reduce supply chain complexities
• Manage all supply chain related activities to ensure accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
• Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods and short-expiry goods by monitoring returns, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales
• Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, community organisations, regulatory bodies etc
• Making inventory plans, monitoring current stock and FG level, resource allocation as per budget etc.
• Supervise logistics from the plant to each city warehouse to ensure in-time deliveries
• Supervise intra-city day-to-day logistics as per the distribution plan which includes creating a daily dispatch plan, transportation of FGs to retail stores and ensuring timely delivery to retail stores
• Overseeing warehouse Management, ensuring statutory compliances are met and optimizing warehouse operations
• Monitoring performance of SCM & logistics operations by analyzing parameters like transportation costs, damages, TAT, order fulfilment rate etc.
• Proactively identify process gaps in SCM & logistics operations and find opportunities for optimization by continuously monitoring SCM Metrics
• Liaising and convincing external stakeholders like transportation service providers, dealers etc. about the terms of engagements.

Experience, Qualification, and Skills required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Supply chain management department
• Any Graduate
• Strong analytical ability, Proficient in advanced MS Excel, able to build analytical models
• Ability to understand business problems and convert that into data analytic problems
• Understanding of inventory management and planning

Requirements

• experience in Technology/ SaaS product Sales
• Strong sense of communication in English is mandatory and phone skills
• Preferably an MBA or an Engineer (not a must though)
• Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Go-getter, or a self-motivated person
• B2B / B2C outbound cold calling experience is an added advantage, preferably in APJ and Middle East market

3+ years of industry experience designing, building and supporting cloud-native systems in production with a solid grasp on good software engineering practices such as code reviews, a deep focus on quality, and documentation

• Demonstrable backend development expertise using Java (JDK 8+, 11 preferred)
• Proven Experience writing reactive, event-driven, asynchronous code using Vert.x
• Fair understanding of networks, security, system resilience & clustering • Experience with MongoDB & ELK stack
• Experience building & consuming RESTful APIs • Experience writing Unit & Integration tests with JUnit5 / Jupiter
• Ability to troubleshoot and effectively resolve issues across services and multiple levels of a complex technical stack that includes microservices, container & virtualized environments, and message & event streams, in a timely manner.
• A desire to learn and apply best practices in software development
• Good communication, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Nice to have skills:

• Oracle database experience a plus
• Experience with Apache Kafka (or Java Messaging Services in general) & Nifi
• Experience with containers & orchestration – Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
• Experience with CI / CD – Jenkins, Nexus, AWS and / or Azure Cloud infra

•    Angular developer (3 - 5 years of experience)

•      Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.

•      Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.

•      Node JS as backend will be advantage

•      Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage

•      Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.

•      Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API
