What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have to assess mobile applications and websites on a day-to-day basis which will come via a ticketing system and analyze if they are compliant with the quality standards already set in place. He/she will also be required to assess the top applications and websites daily, and ensure that they are policy compliant. Apart from being driven and enthusiastic, the ideal candidate needs to have great communication skills and strong analytical ability to deliver consistently.
What will you do with us?
Working daily to review tickets with a critical eye as per the internal processes.
Host and/or facilitate meetings/ticket reviews with all teammates.
Identify the lack of and/or improvements to policy and process, assess the effectiveness of current policies and processes and recommend and implement required changes.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding the results and specific findings of the quality process.
Ensure strict timelines(SLAs) are maintained depending on the priority list of the clients.
Building and/or improving knowledge management documents as required.
Communicate effectively with the other members of the team and organisation, and contribute to the training and development of the team.
Responsibility for the quality compliance duties, responsibilities and obligations of the organisation including direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance.
From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
Effective liaison, support and assistance between the department and remainder of organisation.
Understand and build case studies on how to communicate effectively with international clients as the organisation rapidly expands.
Developing plans for team activities to include quality compliance strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.
Set an example for team members of commitment, quality compliance activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
What are you bringing to the table?
2 years or more of Quality Analyst/Customer Service/Technical Support experience (with a phone, email, and chat background) would be good to have.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
Must have strong/effective verbal and written communication skills
Must have a genuine interest in the project, people and concern for customers
Must be energetic, positive and have the ability to listen hard, and change & improve fast
Must have the ability to work well in a team environment, as well as alone

Job Description - Blueprism Developer / RPA Developer
- Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
- Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
- Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensures documentation is well maintained.
- Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
- Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
- Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
- Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
- Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Additional Information
- 5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
