Key Responsibilities:

• Design event-related creatives including event posters, invitations, backdrops, standees, event branding materials, and stage designs.

• Create digital assets for social media campaigns, emailers, and website banners.

• Assist in conceptualizing event themes, visual identities, and brand guidelines for projects.

• Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements as per event requirements.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Work closely with the event, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver creatives on time.

• Adapt and revise existing creatives based on client feedback.

• Maintain an organized library of design assets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

(knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience, preferably in the event management or creative industry.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills (academics, internships, or freelance work accepted).

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record of selling AI/SaaS products to the US market. This is a high-impact role where you'll be instrumental in driving our growth, closing deals, and establishing Othor AI as a leader in the business intelligence space.

As a BDR, you'll work closely with our leadership team to penetrate the US market, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

1. Prospect and qualify leads in the US market (targeting CEOs, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams)

2. Conduct high-impact product demonstrations showcasing Othor AI's value proposition

3. Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure

4. Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Pipeline & Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

2. Nurture relationships with prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey

3. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively

Market Strategy:

1. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored to the US market

2. Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and identify new opportunities

3. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights

Representation:

1. Represent Othor AI at virtual events, webinars, and industry conferences

2. Build Othor AI's presence in key professional networks and communities

REQUIRED:

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling AI or data analytics products

- Proven track record of selling to the US market and understanding US business culture

- Strong closing skills with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English, US accent preferred)

- Experience with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms)

- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

- Availability to work US hours (at least partial overlap with EST/PST timezones)

BONUS POINTS:

- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers

- Knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, or BI tools landscape

- Background in tech sales or working with technical products

Video Editor Intern

As part of your day-to-day operations, you will be required to coordinate with several stakeholders & solve multi-dimensional problems.

1. Have enthusiasm and are up-to-date about interactions on social media, top-trends and engaging content.
2. Create an initial proposed storyboard draft or line up of the video to present and receive approval before beginning to edit the video.
3. Improve video and sound quality using various video/audio software.
4. Edit video to include packaging, stock shots, music, graphics, dialogues, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project as required.
5. Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos.
6. Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
7. Create graphical packaging of the sessions/video, teaser/trailer and tutorials.
8. Create the polished final cut before making the video live.
9. Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format. 
10. Operate computer editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and their plugins) used for video media and effects.
11. Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
12. Create creative thumbnails for each video/show/community page.
13. Create creatives for promotion and marketing of content for various platforms.
14. You have a high level of ownership and exceptional follow-through.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed institute
• +3 years of experience in handling multiple projects is preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of experience in QA performing one or more aspects like functional testing, black-box testing, performance testing, stress & load testing, integration testing, automated testing etc.
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Execute tests (manual / automated).
• Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design and development team.
• Good team working and critical thinking skills.

Technical Skills:

• Have 2 years experience in Black Box Testing and hands-on experience in  "Selenium " or other same black box testing tools.
• Experience with common database technologies including SQL, NoSQL
• Experience with scripting in a data engineering context (Python experience a plus)
• A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies .
