JOB DESRIPTION: C++ Developer ​

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer with 4–7 years of experience to work in financial 

systems. The role involves working on mission-critical applications such as trading platforms, 

market data systems, risk engines, or payment processing systems, where performance, stability, 

and correctness are paramount.​

1. General Req -​

•4–7 years of professional C++ experience in performance-critical systems​

•Expert knowledge of modern C++ (C++11/14/17)​

•Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory models​

•Deep experience with multithreading, atomics, lock-free programming, and CPU cache 

behavior​

•Excellent knowledge of Linux internals and system-level programming​

•Experience with low-level debugging and profiling (gdb, perf, valgrind, flamegraphs)​

•Proficiency with CMake/Make and Git​

2. Trading Systems Experience (Highly Preferred)​

•Hands-on experience with order management systems (OMS) and execution engines​

•Knowledge of exchange protocols: FIX, ITCH, OUCH, FAST​

•Experience handling market data feeds (L1/L2, multicast, UDP)​

•Understanding of latency measurement, clock synchronization, and time stamping​

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers regarding Kotak Mahindra Bank insurance products

Explain insurance plans, benefits, and policy details clearly

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain proper call records and customer data

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

Role Responsibilities: 

• Participate in requirements gathering, identify and document user needs after extensive research through interviews and discussions with target users and stakeholders from the business. 
• Design effective new user experiences as well as improve existing ones. Validate the created User Experiences to meet envisaged goals and stipulated standards. All this should be done within agile sprints.
• You are expected to collaborate across the spectrum with product development and marketing teams to facilitate dissipation of the deeper context of the product being worked upon. 

Expected Expertise: 

• Preferably have a B.Des/DesDegree or equivalent degree with experience in Design industry with an amazing design portfolio. Have 0-3 years of experience in UX Research. 
• A user-centred approach to design with experience in conducting user research 
• Experience in employing any of the relevant research methods: unmoderated sessions, Tree sorts, surveys, A/B tests, ethnographic enquiries, UX heuristics and benchmarking, to name a few.
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills that enable team-members to build robust products from the researched insights.
• Should be eager to see the bigger picture by connecting the dots of the product, users, stakeholders and context.
