Role Overview:

• Design visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces for websites, web/mobile apps, and dashboards using Figma as the primary tool.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain UI elements, components, and complete design systems in Figma for consistency and scalability.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, storyboards, and interactive prototypes to illustrate and communicate design concepts.

• Conduct or participate in user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve UX.

• Ensure responsive layouts and mobile-first design principles for optimal performance across devices.

• Articulate and present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Document and hand off designs to developers, ensuring clear specifications, using Figma’s collaborative features.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, guidelines (Web/iOS/Android), and Figma features

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
• Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends and project details.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

5+ years building web and/or mobile experiences with evidence of exceptional ability
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience or other evidence of exceptional ability
Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX and JSON.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / ES6, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Unit Testing with Jest/Enzyme
Experience with Redux
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Experience with Nodejs, Expressjs or NextJs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to develop resilient code that performs, and scales based on application usage.
• 6+ years of experience in developing using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular and React
• 6+ years of experience building applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web, JSON/XAML-based REST API.
• 3+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS
• Experience with Unit Testing Frameworks like UnitJS, Mocha
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or Visual Studio Team Services
• Experience with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Atom or Eclipse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a distributed and global environment
• Understanding of building applications deployed in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) leveraging PaaS and IaaS Services
