Till now, Animall has primarily focused on building a peer-to-peer cattle trading platform and the journey of Animall has been very encouraging and promising - we have reached more than 5 million dairy farmers within a short span of 1.5 years. More than 300,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 4000 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV.

Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60% of our dairy farmers refer Animall to at least one friend on a monthly basis.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with at-least 6 years of hands on experience.
• Familiarity with MVC & MVVM design patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient frontend components using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall frontend design and development strategy.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring exceptional performance across various devices and browsers.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshooting and debugging frontend-related issues as they arise.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend their incorporation into projects when applicable.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Contribute to the documentation of frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a React Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, with a solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux) and component lifecycle.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery with an eye for design and user experience.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a web designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding.

Responsibilities-

1.      Conceptualizing ideas with clients.

2.      Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

3.      Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

4.      Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.

Requirements-

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Good understanding of content management systems.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.

  • Experiences with NodeJS is a plus

• software engineering experience focused on web development.
• Hands on experience in architecting large scale frontend applications.
• Have detailed hands-on experience of cutting edge web technologies (HTML5, CSS, Javascript, TypeScript), Application Servers, Web Applications 
• Experience developing UI with JavaScript development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, Bootstrap, etc)

•    Angular developer (3 - 5 years of experience)

•      Should have expert level knowledge to Design, Develop and test Web Apps with Angular versions 6 and above.

•      Primary Skills – Angular6+, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript.

•      Node JS as backend will be advantage

•      Knowledge of Mongo, MySql will be advantage

•      Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, TypeScript, various JavaScript,TypeScript patterns and frameworks.

•      Should have experience in publishing and consuming Services using REST API

•      Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
