- Thorough understanding of IT products and services.
- Proficient in mining & managing data through database portals & professional networks.
- Generate appointments through activities like cold calls, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Ensure accurate procedures are followed for cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking activities to generate appointments.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads not yet ready for an appointment.
- Proficiency in using the Zoho CRM system
- Meet quarterly and yearly targets as assigned.
