Job Title:Sales Engineers

Location:Pune, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions to customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.

• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback for product improvement.

• Assist customers with product selection, integration, and troubleshooting.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' products.

• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred.

• Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to manufacturing products

· Develop and execute creative concepts and visual designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website graphics, and promotional materials.

· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into captivating visual content.

· Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva to create high-quality graphics and animations.

· Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and MidJourney to enhance design processes and generate innovative design ideas.

· Utilize Microsoft Designer for creating presentation materials and other design assets.

· Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.

· Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and MidJourney.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Designer for creating presentation materials.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

· Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.

Position: Video Editor and Motion Designer

As a Video Editor at Sublime Life, Bangalore you will. 

Closely work with the Creative Head to lead a specific brand's videos and build a strong brand message and conceptualize the development of various videos for campaigns and programs. 

Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities

• In charge of editing videos for all social media platforms where Sublime Life uses video content. 
• He/She should be well versed in making performance advertisements videos. 
• Should be updated with the latest / modern editing styles/techniques. 
• Should hold knowledge of linear and non-linear editing styles. 
• Thinking on new formats and templates for videos.
• He/She should have an eye for good typography style. 

Required Skillset for this position would be 

• 3- 4 years of experience in video editing. (Beauty industry experience is a plus)
• Should be well versed with Adobe creative suite.
• Must hold a degree in Design. (Alumni from Design Institute will have a bonus) 
• Strong conceptualization and visualization skills. 
• An excellent understanding of visual design disciplines (typography, composition, iconography, colour, layouts) 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

• Bachelor of Engineering or Masters Degree in Computer Science
• MEAN stack developer with
• Experience in software development, prototyping, functional analysis, integration, and testing.
• Experience with Javascript and RESTful technologies including building RESTful APIs
• In-depth understanding of the JavaScript programming languages especially Angular and node.js and the ability to peer review other engineer's code constructively
• Highly skilled at problem-solving, unit-testing, and debugging.
• Expert understanding of best practice engineering principles for building MEAN applications.
• In-depth knowledge of database systems and an understanding of data structures, data normalization, and query performance considerations. Particularly Non-Relational/NoSQL databases including MongoDB.
• Automated unit testing and CI experience
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts pictorially, orally or in writing.
• Docker experience desired
• Ability to learn business rules quickly by reading requirements, engaging in conversation, or reverse engineering.
• Expertise in source code control and versioning concepts.

• Someone who could lead a team of 3-5 marketers covering all aspects of digital marketing including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Email, CRO, etc.
• They’ve likely got 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Should be comfortable contributing to strategy
• It Will is hands-on , to begin with (i.e. I expect someone to be extracting the data, setting bids, defining Keywords, etc.)
• Will have led a team before
• Need to be comfortable with large budgets and complex Ads accounts (1000s of AdGroups, 1,00,000s of Keywords, etc.
• Should understand some of the conversion tracking, attribution, display, and Facebook too
• Needs to be numerate e.g. above to extract reports, manipulate in Excel, etc.
• Comfortable challenging processes and strategy
• Strong verbal and written English required
