Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital & print (social media creatives, banners, brochures, website/app UI assets)
- Collaborate with developers, content, and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns
- Support UI/UX design efforts using tools like Figma or Adobe XD (preferred)
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines
Developer – Full stack
· Full stack development experience for 1-2 years
· Implement new application features and improvements to existing features based on defined project requirements.
· Experience with React or Angular framework
· Familiarity of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
· Experience developing server side applications in at least Java 8.
· Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy new features and applications
· Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and database performance tuning
· Familiar using source control systems, preferably Git.
· Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs
· Passionate about developing high quality code that has been thoroughly tested.
· Strong written and verbal communications skills.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
· Implement automated testing and continuous integration and deployment processes
· Ability to learn quickly.
Good to have skills
· Python, Flask, Fast API knowledge
· Cloud knowledge – preferably AWS
· Understanding of graph database
· Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Write clear and concise product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Lead and mentor junior product managers (if applicable).
Work with customer support and sales to gather and utilize customer feed back.
Use data driven decisions to improve product performance.
- Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Should have 4 – 7 years’ experience in Performance Testing
- Experience in JMeter or Load Runner
- Perform root cause analysis to identify application performance issues
- Design and Develop test scripts, scenarios, plans and programs to automate
- Prior experience in troubleshooting using Apm tools
- Good Knowledge of Agile
- Good Knowledge in Quality and Testing
- Good communication skills
Experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Basic HTML5, skills are a plus Should have experience in Figma and photoshop
● 6-10 years experience in Full LAMP stack web based application development.
● Expert in object oriented PHP programming, MVC architecture frameworks
● Proficient understanding and skills in SQL , relational Databases like Mysql and NoSql
datastores like Mongo DB etc
● Proficient in, database design and high level architecture setup.
● Proficient understanding of REST API concepts , authentication and API security

● Proficient understanding of tools - code versioning such as SVN, Jenkin tools
● Understanding of Devops is highly desired
● Must have worked on open source CMS like wordpress, Drupal at some point, it would
be a huge plus.

• Develop key functionality and core capabilities for using
Java/J2EE stack
• Design and develop RDandX Network’s microservices and ensure bug free code is pushed to
the deployment pipeline to support large volume of transactions
• Define and communicate the technical design requirements to the Network’s stakeholders
and the Engineering lead
• Responsible for building restful services to integrate with third party services like AdWords
and Facebook marketing API
• Responsible for designing the technical architecture of the different services and
maintaining and upgrading it
• Designing the unit test cases and building the framework for the development team to
enforce the unit testing in all the services
• Be involved and participate in the end to end products’ lifecycle management
• Learn about new technologies and Stay up to date with best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers, system administrators and
product team
• Lead the Backend team and manage their day to day activities and work deliverables
Should have:
i. 4-7 years of Working Experience
ii. Experience of Java, J2EE, Spring boot, PostgreSQL
iii. Should have working knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Maven, Glassfish or Tomcat server
iv. Experience on working with cloud technologies like AWS (Kinesis, Lamda, SQS) or GCP (Pub/Sub,
DataProc, DataFlow) is desirable
v. Have experience working with large scale data real time processing systems
vi. Should have working experience on building event driven micro services APIs
vii. Elastic search experience and K8 experience is good to have
- Strong Python Coding skills and OOP skills
- Should have worked on Big Data product Architecture
- Should have worked with any one of the SQL-based databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and any one of
- NoSQL-based databases such as Cassandra, Elasticsearch etc.
- Hands on experience on frameworks like Spark RDD, DataFrame, Dataset
- Experience on development of ETL for data product
- Candidate should have working knowledge on performance optimization, optimal resource utilization, Parallelism and tuning of spark jobs
- Working knowledge on file formats: CSV, JSON, XML, PARQUET, ORC, AVRO
- Good to have working knowledge with any one of the Analytical Databases like Druid, MongoDB, Apache Hive etc.
- Experience to handle real-time data feeds (good to have working knowledge on Apache Kafka or similar tool)
