Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience in software/tech Implementation roles within technical B2B SaaS companies, preferably working with global or US-based clients

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience in executing and supporting end-to-end SaaS product implementations, including customer onboarding, workflow & configuration setup, data modeling/data setup, API-based integrations, and go-live support.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong technical fundamentals — ability to understand data models, debug API workflows, read JSON payloads, write basic SQL queries, and support configuration troubleshooting.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have basic hands-on experience writing scripts (preferably JavaScript) for data migration, configuration automation, or workflow customization in SaaS products.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have worked in post-sales environments, supporting customer success and delivery after deal closure, ensuring product adoption, accurate setup, and smooth go-live.

Senior Software Engineer.

• A degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proven experience in developing applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data pipelines.
• Ability to build full-stack applications using JavaScript; experience with modern frameworks like React and Next.js is highly desirable.
• A pragmatic and self-starting individual, capable of executing tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Experience developing modern frontend applications, with specific expertise in using Web Components.
• Knowledge of simulation principles and discrete optimisation techniques.

Experience

• Relational database management systems.

• Experienced in Selenium WebDriver
• Experience with Selector Web Elements, Particularly XPath

We are seeking a Finance Manager to work with the finance team and work on end-to-end financial management including Budgeting, AOP development, MIS preparation & review, variance analysis, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, pricing & regular compliance.

The position will appeal to an individual with strong business acumen & the capability to align business goals to financial goals. The successful individual will have a business, accounting, finance background and is a qualified CA/ MBA (finance)/ CFA.

Job Duties

• Build short-term & long-term plans (financials models) in line with the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Drive preparation of MIS, variance analysis & providing insights to leadership.
• Leading the preparation of annual operating plans, long-range quarterly forecasts in coordination with operations and business teams.
• Ownership of the P&L and driving of cost optimization/ profitability improvement activities with various stakeholders.
