We’re Hiring: Fullstack Developer (Node.js/Python + React.js)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js/Python backends and React.js frontend.

Build scalable backend APIs (Express.js, Nest.js, Django, FastAPI, Flask) and integrate with frontend components.

Write clean, maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript and Python code following best practices.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Debug and troubleshoot across the full stack, ensuring seamless deployments.

Optimize application performance and ensure responsive user experiences.

✅ Required Skills

2–5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development concepts.

Backend expertise with Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js) OR Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask).

Frontend expertise in React.js, including hooks and modern component patterns.

Experience with RESTful API development & integration.

Database knowledge in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 will be helpful.
• Understanding of Agile and CI/CD will be of value.

THE POSITION

Ashnik is looking for talented and passionate people to be part of technical support team. You will be responsible for solving technical problems to ensure uptime. You will assist customers with their technical issues and questions around specific technology, including configuration and tuning and performance. Successful candidate should understand the importance of ownership of the problem and way to get it solved by leveraging the team in given time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the First point of contact for support queries
• Be responsible for solving customer queries and tickets in timely manner.
• Communicate with customer and internal team regarding problems reported and solved status in timely and effective manner.
• Log monitoring, event monitoring and resolving tickets in defined SLA.
• Apply updates and patches to keep the software up-to-date in line with organizational policies
• Provide support for installation and configuration.
• Monitor and identify areas of performance improvement
• Identify and write scripts for automating support tasks.
• Communicate effectively internally and with product support team to reproduce, resolve support cases and document them.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Hands-On experience and skills in Linux operating system
• Knowledge of ELK stack or relevant technologies such as SolaR, Splunk etc.
• Good understanding of Indices Mapping , Index management such as archiving, reindexing, sharding etc.
• Good understanding of Analytical data structure and experience in deployment of same in the form of Reports and Dashboards
• Experience in NoSQL or RDBMS technology is desirable
• Python/Node.js or relevant data processing programming experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Designing and Developing data pipeline using ETL tool such as Elastic Stack.
• Knowledge of real-time data collection with various data sources.
• Experience in deploying scalable Elastic cluster is desirable

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 -4 years of experience in technical support role.
• At least 2+ years experience working across multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams
• Experience in trouble shooting, maintaining and supporting production setup
• Engineering or equivalent degree
• Ability to interact effectively with customers for problem resolution.
• Sense of urgency and ownership to get problems solved in timely manner
• Attention to details.
• Ability to work on multiple tickets/ support cases effectively and to be able to manage the time critical tasks.

PPC Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account management on Google Ads, FB ads, Taboola or other search platforms for a variety of projects.

• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, and other facets of paid search in accordance with goals for Google channels

• Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.

• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

• Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

• Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts

Skills:

• Should be a tech graduate/MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)

Preferably someone with 3-7 years of PPC/ SEM experience

Scaling:

• We currently exchange tens of millions of prices between us and our partners multiple times every day! As we continue to grow, designing our architecture to keep working seamlessly is going to need a lot of teamwork

Responsibilities:

• You will work with Ruby, we are a RoR platform so understanding how ruby interacts with database would be ideal but not preferred.
• Build new integrations with property management systems (PMS) and also maintain existing ones.
• Understand nuances of downstream systems and design and architect your solution keeping in mind third party systems
• Talk to existing PMS and understand what new features can be incorporated and what existing features need to be updated.
• Fix issues that break and keep a track of daily status and understand inefficiencies.
• Engage with PMS partners and optimise the existing pipeline.
• Continuous improvement to our web stack, set standards, automate mundane tasks

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in back end web development and understanding Ruby would be great but not mandatory.
• You should be comfortable working with git, visual studio code(or any IDE that you prefer) and test your own code thoroughly before making a PR.
• Ability to architect and develop systems so it can connect seamlessly with PMS and third party systems.
• Ability to understand Message queues and how a pub-sub system works with multiple servers
• Experience in building distributed systems that integrate with RESTful APIs and SOAP XMLs.

• Design implement and support highly scalable applications and web services using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, WCF, SQL Server, Windows Forms, Web API/Rest API)
• Candidates should have the ability to train and work along with development teams to ensure timelines and quality deliveries.
• Lead project estimations, system architecture and performance engineering of projects
• Support software engineers on the team with guidance, experience, oversight, advice and code reviews
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that the software is fully unit tested, can be performance tested, and passes quality requirements

Desired Candidate Profile – 

• Candidate needs to have more than 5+ years of experience with IT industry.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in designing and developing applications on the .NET platform.
• More than 1+ year of experience with MVC, WCF framework is needed.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in React or Angular or JQuery, HTML, CSS
• Experience in web application Architecture and Development with hands on expertise in delivering solutions based on/customizing ASP.Net 4.0 / MVC and above.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS fundamentals, Entity Framework, LINQ and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (TFS/SVN/Git).
• Proficient understanding of build/release management processes.
• Must have experience of working in Agile/Scrum environment.
• Must have some experience developing Windows-based applications.
• Must possess very good logical, analytical and communication skills.
• Candidates with knowledge of US Mortgage process will be given preference.
• Must be willing to travel abroad for short- and long-term duration.
• Shift timing 11 am- 8 pm, 6 pm- 3 am, 4 pm- 1 am (Candidate needs flexibility for all shift as per client requirements).
