Role Overview

● Full-time, on-site role focused on building demand-side partnerships.

● Involves research, strategic outreach, and long-term alliance building.

● Structured and insight-driven — not a traditional BD role.

● Complete ownership from lead research to onboarding and retention.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code
• Ensure that the data needs of the UI are fulfilled with efficient database queries
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards and processes defined at Simform.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web enabled devices and browsers

• Solid hands-on experience with ReactJS frontend development with modern practices. 
• HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript expertise
• Experience with   React .js / D3.js / GraphQL is a plus
• Proficiency with CSS3, Sass, and Mixins - knowledge of GSAP would be a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Bower, Gulp etc. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, Bitbucket

• Build and lead an agile engineering team
• Work closely with Founder on product development
• Collaborate with operations team to understand customer pain points and solve interesting problems
• Code, test, ship - manage the entire application cycle
• Build libraries and documentation for future references
• Research and develop best practices and tools to enable delivery of features
• Set up capabilities to track and report business and user metrics

Basic qualifications

·        Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering

·        3+ years of experience working as a Systems Software Development Engineer

·        Proficiency in C++/C programming language

·        Software Development experience with Linux

Preferred qualifications

·        Experience with DPDK, Software Forwarding, Qos.

·        Python and/or Golang development experience

·        Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

·        Experience working through the complete software development life cycle right from requirements gathering to delivering the fully developed feature.

·        Strong software debugging skills especially in embedded systems.

·        Experience in Network Systems Software development is a plus

EOS Routing Team

This is a global team that spreads multiple geographies working on cutting edge features that get deployed in the largest Cloud titan, Service Provider, Enterprise and Campus networks.

·        The EOS Layer 2 PI and Infra team is responsible for working on platform independent features on Arista’s EOS working alongside the EOS Routing team. The team is responsible for building innovative, scalable solutions in areas including EOS infrastructure, Layer 2 protocols like 802.1X, Macsec, DHCP, RADIUS etc. A unique feature of the Arista’s Layer 2 PI and Infra team is that the software developed is common across Campus, Data Center and Enterprise features. This is a global team that spreads across multiple geographies working on cutting edge features that get deployed in the largest Cloud titan, Service Provider, Enterprise and Campus networks.

Responsibilities: ·         

• Develop comprehensive product documentation that meets global standards.         
• Work with Engineering team to create Product Technical documentation, Knowledgebase, API Documentation.     
• Work with Product Management team to create Product User Guides, FAQs, Support Knowledgebase etc.         
• Work with Technical & Marketing teams to create content for Technical Blogs, White Papers, Product Comparisons, Case Studies etc.      
• Periodically review existing documentation and update them for Product Releases, prepare Release Notes. 
• Obtain a deep understanding of products to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.     

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.
• 2-8 years’ experience as an effective technical writer for products in the Cloud Computing Industry.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and create easily understandable text and pictures.
• Understanding of Cloud Concepts and experience in creating related documentation is a must.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering to improve user experience and create visuals for technical support content.
• Experience working with video (screen capture) creation tools for user documentation.
• Understanding of REST APIs and ability to do simple checks using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience using Wordpress and other similar tools to create documentation.
