Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly
• You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs
• Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs
• Developing software in Rust
• Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

What you will do

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development.
• Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs.
• Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.
• Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.

Requirements

• UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research, personas, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles.
• Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma.
• Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.

• Designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining production-quality cloud storage solutions within Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure
• Provision and manage storage within Virtual (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc), Windows, and Linux environments

- This role is responsible for Implementation, one of the most critical phases in a client's life cycle.

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Director, Implementation who is responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project processes while providing strategic direction to minimize time to first value for all customers.

- As the Director, Implementation, you will manage a growing team and develop processes and procedures for enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Take proactive ownership of regional implementation health.
- Create scalable processes and definitive scope around implementation services
- Implement systematic processes for tracking and reporting on the implementation status
- Maintain a highly skilled team of Implementation Managers and manage team allocation to maximize resources and output
- Direct the activities of the implementation team to meet client needs and create successful partnerships
- Lead team to complete process analysis, design/redesign of multiple workflows and processes to ensure that they are customer-focused, consistent, effective and efficient and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications :

- 15-18 years of experience working with global enterprise customers in software implementation or Project Management type role at a SaaS company
- 7-10 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role; People leadership of direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor's degree;
- Previous experience as a Manager, Implementation for enterprise software
- Proven track record of successful implementation with enterprise clients
- Highly developed project management skills
- Ability to influence and guide clients through complex implementations
- Strong leadership skills; ability to lead a group of diverse individuals in a high-performance team
- Demonstrated presentation and client-facing skills
- Superior presentation skills; experience with presenting to C-level Executives
