Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and configure benefit plans, rate structures, and contribution strategies within our platform
• Analyze documents like SBCs, rate sheets, and benefit summaries with attention to financial implications
• Collaborate with software developers to test plan functionality and flag any issues or mismatches
• Help simulate edge cases and validate end-to-end user scenarios from a benefits perspective
• Assist Customer Success Managers in onboarding and maintaining client plan configurations
• Provide feedback to the product team based on actual client use cases and plan behaviours.

You’ll Excel If You:

• Are an MBA (Finance) graduate or have similar experience in financial analysis, insurance, or benefits
• Are detail-oriented and can spot a typo in a 20-page document without breaking a sweat
• Can think logically through how a benefits rule should behave in software
• Enjoy working in a team that includes both client-facing folks and developers
• Like the idea of combining structured work with some hands-on product exposure
• Want to build domain expertise in US insurance/benefits, finance-tech, or HR SaaS

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with US-based insurance or benefit plans
• Know your way around testing workflows or tools like Cypress or Postman
• Can handle a spreadsheet like a pro-Excel or Google Sheets or financial modelling tools
• Have experience in QA, even if basic, or have a curious mindset about how things break

• Strongly following up with queries & being active on comments within defined TAT
• Preparing weekly, monthly reports and delivering appropriate presentations
• Conducting market research & analysing competitors trend over different social media

What Will You Be Doing?

• Closely work with CEO and provide finance support to achieve business goals
• Responsible for the Finance Team of NFS (as a Head of Finance) – set aspiring goals, continuously connect & provide feedback to bring out the best from the team
• Insightful BU reporting (Internal) to highlight the deviation from plan & scope for improvement
• Timely and reliable submission of Statutory reporting and drive 100% compliance
• Create value through cost savings champion and tax optimization
• Present financial performance and other matters, to CEO and Board
• Timely audit of accounts (as per companies act), RBI and Taxation
• Responsible for managing Internal Audit and continuously monitor controls & efficiency
• Responsible to manage banking relationship for the operational banking
• Drive systems & process improvements and ensure robust internal controls

• Developing new user-facing features using React Native and React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers

What is required

• 1+ years of experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Strong experience in React Native and/or React JS and their core principles
• Ability to take ownership of code as well as the end to end functionality
• Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Experience with middleware for API calling( such as Saga or Thunk)

Push team is one of the core teams at MoEngage, responsible for sending close to a billion notifications everyday to help clients engage their users better. As a member of the Push team, you will be working on developing high performance solutions to deliver personalised and context-based notifications across various channels to help achieve increased customer retention as well as customer LTV. You will also be working on designing and building features to help clients to provide customised experience for end users allowing them to have a more personalised experience at scale. Here you will have a chance to own systems and develop features end to end i.e right from inception to deployment. Though we work at scale, reliability is of utmost importance for us and we build in house solutions like Campaign Watcher & AutoBatchRunner to ensure 100% transparency and delivery of notifications

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems
• Familiarity with Python related technologies and frameworks like Django or Pyramid.
• Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP / Azure / AWS
• Familiarity with task queue frameworks like Celery or Pika is a plus.
