About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Trainer or Agile Coach who can enable teams to adopt Agile practices effectively. The role involves training, coaching, and mentoring teams to improve delivery, collaboration, and agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Scrum and Agile training sessions for teams and leadership
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Drive Agile transformation and mindset across teams
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Track Agile maturity and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Agile / Scrum roles
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Experience in conducting training and workshops
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certifications

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with cross-functional tech teams
• Exposure to Agile transformation in organizations
• Experience in coaching distributed teams

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that help us communicate effectively with our audience across marketing, product, and digital channels. What You’ll Be Doing

Work Mode & Schedule

Role Description

Eligibility:

1. An ex-serviceman preferably with civil work experience in security/training.

2. Age- preferably

3. Preferably from Infantry.

4. If civilian – min 05 years work experience as training manager in the field of security.

Responsibility :

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS and Android using the Flutter development framework.
• Experience developing with Dart, whether with Flutter or for the web.
• Experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps.
• Proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Github.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Responsible for developing and designing front end mobile architecture in flutter, ensuring the responsiveness of mobile applications and working alongside graphic designers for full-stack developers, among other jobs.

Requirements :

• Able to self-manage and attention to detail.
• Have built At least two Android and/or iOS apps.
• Proven working experience in software development.
• Working experience in mobile development.
• Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.

• Overall 3-7 years of software engineering experience working with web applications and backend systems.
