Responsibilities

• Working on multiple projects, applications and websites
• Working on cross platform designs to provide optimised design for an application/website
• Understanding client requirements to provide designs/flows as per expectations
• Conducting in-depth research on potential competitive landscape to understand industry specific trends/benchmarks
• Developing wireframes to provide/communicate potential screenflows
• Analysing client feedback and incorporating design changes 
• Designing UI elements such as navigation/interaction elements, CTAs, widgets, buttons, search bars etc.
• Assisting the engineering and development team to translate design to code

Requirements:

• Atleast 6-8 years of experience in developing and managing complex design projects
• Have a strong design principles and have a diverse portfolio to showcase
• Proficiency in any of the design suites such as Figma, Indesign, Photoshop , Invision etc. 
• Ability to understand company/brand guidelines and incorporate the same within design
• Extensive experience in collaborating with multiple teams both inter/intra company
• Experience in providing creative insight to improve existing products
• Basic front end knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.
• Experience of 5 - 7 years as a back-end engineer preferably in a microservice environment.
• Strong proficiency of Node.js and frameworks available for it such as Express.js
• Strong proficiency in Javascript and TypeScript

• Must have worked building 2+ backend system using node.js and Express.js
• Strong understanding and experience of creating highly scalable and complex database design.
• Good understanding of Data Modeling using RDBMS and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis) data stores
• Strong problem-solving skills with a good understanding of data structures and algorithms

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
• Sound familiarity with GitHub
• Exposure to aspects related to product architecture
• Has experience in architecting and building for scale
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipeline et al
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks
