Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, AI model development, and deploying ML solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications.
• Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in AI/ML development with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Experience with ML model deployment (e.g., using Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

What you will do

We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.

So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -

• Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
• Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
• Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills

• Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis 

You should apply if you

• Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge. Candidates who can innovate in limited budgets will be preferred!
• Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain. An experience of 2-3 years is required. Having significant Youtube Experience is ideal.
• Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid level data analysis skills, the skill to to manage a team of 4-6 people, and some basic excel will do the job.

Lead generation/prospecting, client engagement, product-Demo.

Negotiation and closing deals, sales reporting.

·      Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

·      Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

·      Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

·      Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.

·      Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.

·      Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

·      Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

·      Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company current content.

·      Produce well-researched content, primarily research reports coming from data coming from our platforms

·      Own the brand value stories Promilo for 2023

·      Improve brand message in the website pages, cascade brand message in leadership internal and external communication (mails, social media, interviews, speeches etc)

·      Work with Digital marketing team to run campaigns using the brand thought leadership reports

·      Responsible for repackaging the content for promotion in various formats (social posts, webinar topics presentation, leadership speeches etc).

·      Ensure consistency in the form of tone and style

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Strong OO design and coding skills using multiple stacks, and knowledge of the pros and cons of each
• 1+ years’ experience with Golang
• 6+ years application development experience
• Strong data design skills, using both SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Experience working with event based distributed systems
• Experience working with services in a Dockerized environment
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Redis, and/or PostgreSQL a plus
• Requires 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years’ experience; or equivalent experience.

•  Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role 

  • Familiarity with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Node.js)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Great attention to details, Organizational skills, An analytical mind
  • Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field.

  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• Relevant work experience of 4 plus years in Business Development is required. Experience in dealing with corporate sales/ PSUs is a must
• Previous work experience in healthcare, diagnostic, dealing with TPAs, healthcare policy is highly preferred
• Outstanding communication and professional networking skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required
