Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer who is an expert in PHP (Core PHP) and Laravel framework. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and ensuring strong performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Candidates who also have hands-on experience with WordPress will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel and Core PHP.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Manage database schemas, API integrations, and backend logic.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year of professional experience as a Back-End Developer.
• Strong expertise in Laravel and Core PHP.
• Knowledge of WordPress (theme/plugin customization) is a plus.
• Must have a good laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Must have a quiet and professional workspace (no background noise).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — required to communicate with international clients.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Recruiting for multiple profiles including Technical and Non-Technical roles
• Appraisal handling and implementation
• Employee feedback and grievance handling.
• HR Generalist role including basic employee management, payroll, attendance leaves and statutory compliances.

• Detailed analysis of weekly viewership data of the Genre/channel/region. Updation of all weekly presentations with accurate analysis.

•  Understanding the pulse of the viewing behavior of the channel/genre/Total TV and having thorough knowledge of TV trends on account of TV/ non TV factors
•  Have detailed in-depth knowledge of every change on the channel (Programming, Storyline or Anchor)
•  Addressing client queries with detailed insights and requirements of communication team and other internal stakeholders
•  Continuous process standardization and improvement
•  Handling various project over and above the above deliveries.

• Working closely with the engineering team to guide and drive the roadmap
• Driving superb execution against plan anticipating risk and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication (both internally and with customers)

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E/BTech and/or MBA
• At least 4 years of product management experience where you have played a significant role in the creation of new products or had end to end ownership of a product
• B2C product management experience, preferably in lending tech startups
• A strong technical background, enabling meaningful contribution to technically-driven features
• Previous development experience in some form is required    

• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
• Maintaining a database of customer information
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
• Checking product or service availability
• Assisting customers with registration or account creation

• Translate product designs and features into high-quality code within project constraints through diligent planning and attention to detail.
• Design and develop efficient reusable components. Follow SDLC best practices by ensuring coding and testing standards.
• Take the lead to maintain and refactor code and remedy performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with different tech teams, product teams, and QA. Exhibit excellent teamwork and help achieve team goals. Keep key stakeholders informed about progress and problems; avoid surprises.
• Work to architect simple, reliable, and elegant applications. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of Android design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  Good problem-solving skills and verse with OOPs fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and a solid understanding of Android SDK and other components (MVP/MVVM, Architecture components, Jetpack, Dagger, RxJava, Coroutines, Data binding, Retrofit, etc).
• Knowledge of clean architecture and its implementation.
• Proficient with developing apps optimized for different android versions and devices of varying performance.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
• Experience with multi-threading, memory management, databases.
• Experience in working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.
• Experience/Knowledge of unit testing and integration testing.
• A knack for profiling, performance tuning, and optimization.

• Hands-on experience with supporting payments and integrating payment gateways
• Experience with progressive web apps, service workers
• Strong grasp over frontend unit and end-to-end testing frameworks

B.Tech./MCA
3+ experience as an app developer.
Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
Knowledge of C-based libraries.
Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
