Job Description

• Set up and operate production machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operations and quality output.
• Make basic machine adjustments when required and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and minor maintenance of machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Conduct 80-100 calls per day, engaging potential students with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Effectively communicate course offerings, guiding students toward the best program based on their interests and goals.
• Follow up promptly via phone, chat, and email to nurture leads and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and provide regular updates to the Admissions Manager.
• Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly enrollment targets.

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for the success of our customers by providing them with the resources and support they need to get the most out of our product. What will you do?

• Responsible for driving revenue of existing accounts by ensuring renewals and upselling existing accounts
• Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are getting success using Reelo.
• Respond professionally to incoming inquiries from your customers.
• Being the one responsible, to ensure that your customers have a great experience with the product -a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible.
