Job Description
UX designers explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem. Your broad responsibility will be to ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next. You would be responsible for the overall feel of the product. You would be expected to define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate scenarios, personas, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, and usability findings
- Use business requirements and customer research to assist in developing use cases, high-level requirements
- Conduct usability studies and put together detailed, structured analysis of issues and potential solutions.
- Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of web & mobile applications
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviour
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or similar role
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centric design solutions
- A thorough understanding of information architecture and interaction models.
- Awareness and understanding of design guidelines such as material design, flat design etc.
- Passion for learning and always improving yourself and the team around you
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience is a plus
- Knowledge of web based UI development technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS etc. is a plus

What you will do
We’re looking for efficient Youtube Channel Managers who will help to take vision forward. The vision being to be the first ones in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to state-level exams.
So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of handling the overalls of multiple YouTube Channels across multiple states. As part of that, we’ll need you to: -
- Own the entire YouTube strategy and its implementation on multiple channels. Come up with effective growth strategies for sustained growth
- Manage the creators, content, and overall production of the videos that’ll go on the channel.
- Lead 4-6 people teams with a good mix of creative and technical skills
- Make data driven decisions and carry out regular data analysis
You should apply if you
- Bring your A-Game: Is analytically strong with an understanding of content and domain knowledge. Candidates who can innovate in limited budgets will be preferred!
- Know the yard: Should have worked on brand or content strategy in the digital domain. An experience of 2-3 years is required. Having significant Youtube Experience is ideal.
- Are stacked with the necessary skills: Mid level data analysis skills, the skill to to manage a team of 4-6 people, and some basic excel will do the job.

We are looking for a good JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in React JS and Redux
- Expert in React.j, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
- Good understanding of JavaScript Design Patterns
- Good experience writing front-end test cases
- Exposure in React Native is preferred.
- HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web design are mandatory
- Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery
- Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player and a sense of humour
